Worst bank ever. They block my account every time when I’m trying to make a purchase! When you call to solve this problem people never help! Never! They told you that everything is good but this problem never stops. Go away from this bank for a long distance and choose anything different! Please, don’t repeat my mistake and save you time and health! I’m really nervous because of this problems and sleep bad. It’s okay then it’s happens once, but not every time! Please, please, please! Save your time!

Walked 25 minutes to reach the branch to deposit business checks only to be told that the there is only one teller and is out for lunch for 45 minutes!!!!This is prime location in the heart of downtown Los Angeles.This branch should better close down and every lazy bums working there should be fired immediately.

The CITIBANK app says the Little Tokyo branch is open. (It isn’t, as of 10/3/22). So I came here. Huge line at 11am, and 2 tellers working. And this is the only operating branch of a national bank in downtown LOS ANGELES. (I need a cashier’s check so I have to be here). Absolute joke.[As to Citi's reply to this comment, the branch team were amazing. It's not their fault this problem exists. The shortage of branches and staff is self-evidently a top-down decision to cut staff and cut costs so Citi executives can enrich themselves at the expense of their customers. If you have a reply, please send it to the CEO; not the branch staff. Thanks]

Ok not my experience but a customer’s. (I live in Britain for gods sake) Your staff have racial, driscriminative and closed minded attitudes towards people from other cultures apart from yourself.

The tellers here would much rather talk nonsense with each other than to actually help. Place was empty except 1 other lady. They told me to go sit down and then went back to talking. Useless place.

Poor and cold customer service. Came in to close my accounts I had transfer my funds over back to my primary bank and they didn't care not even bother to offer me options. I didn't feel value as a client and they didn't care about me taking my business elsewhere.

This bank has a terrible online security system, my account was hacked twice in less than two months and they never paid me the $400.00 bonus that they were suppoed to pay .

Worst branch I have ever been. Only two tellers, who are slow, to attend to customers. Sometimes only one. One particular thing I don't like in this branch is they count your withdrawal on top of the counter for everybody to see. There's not even a divider between teller's booth.

This review is for the parking structure. The cost is exorbitant (I paid $15 for 45 minutes) which is already questionable, but on top of that the signs throughout the structure for "exit" are wrong on every level. Exit signs pointed on every level to literally solid concrete walls - I guess that used to be exits before construction. I had to keep following the signs all the way up tp the top floor before I could make it back down, and I had to completely guess how to exit. With that price I would expect the signs to be correct! Jesus. Whoever is responsible for managing parking here should be spanked.
