Im very skeptical when it comes to my money. I came in today to see Invest rate plans. My first instinct was it's not going to go well and i will just leave. Once i stepped inside, i was greeted right away from Andrew Navarro. AMAZING AMAZING hospitality! Made me feel super comfortable & answered all my questions and my concerns. I appreciate his patience and positive energy.

Crystal R. Was such an amazing help and went above and beyond to help me with Citi bank closing my account for no reason! I would give this bank 1 star but because of Crystal helping me out I wish I could stay here with Citibank. If you want your issues resolved ask for Crystal!

Went there today for the first time and both Marcelo Carrasco (Bank Manager) and Andrew Navarro (Universal Banker) were terrific! So helpful with setting up an account and helping me with an app. Kind and patient and so professional yet down-to-earth. When it came time for me to leave, it was so dark outside, and Marcelo escorted me out to make sure I was safe. Kind acts like this is hard to find. A wonderful experience and deeply appreciated.

I have recently had the privilege to work with Citibank Manager Marcelo Carrasco. He helped me with wire transfers and making sure all deliveries were secured and arrived on time. He was helpful, polite, caring. I am so impressed with his business professionalism. I highly recommend this bank and this branch.

I opened up 2 new accounts with Citibank. One is a large CD and the other is checking account with a debit card. Went to ATM to withdraw cash. "Quick Withdraw" and it's only $40. Couldn't buy a full lunch in Los Angeles with $40. I went to the branch to increase limit. They said they don't handle it. I had to go to the debit card telephone number on the back of the card. After over an hour of being switched from one computer to another computer to another computer to a person who didn't speak English and I couldn't understand them to a supervisor who should not be in a supervisory position only to find out that they can't change the limit either. Therefore, there quick withdrawal system is useless. To have to spend over an hour only to find out that the bank can't do a simple process is quite shocking. As soon as my CD is up, I will go and remove everything from Citibank mainly because they have such poor customer service.

We have been going to this Citibank for 25 years. Last week, one of their best employees, ANDREW NAVARRO, spent nearly 3 hours, carefully trying to untangle a maddening problem with a credit card payment. Andrew was remarkably patient and careful and unwilling to give up until he solved the problem. We needed to return a day or two later because of another kink, and Andrew was as helpful as he'd been the first time. The manager, MARCELO CARRASCO, emphasized Andrew's skills and courtesy. And Mr. Carrasco usually greets us warmly when we are in sight. We are comfortable with this bank and its staff.

The staff here were amazing! So courteous, friendly, professional, and helpful. I needed to deposit a check that had been denied for mobile deposit due to 2 minor scratch-outs (one on the date line, on one the amount written online). Karina Amanda and her coworker were fantastic! They quickly resolved the issue (deposited my check) and Karina Amanda even shared a check deposit mishap story of her own (which made my situation feel relatable, and even welcome!). The rest of the staff also seemed very friendly and courteous: greeting me with a smile and making eye contact. Thank you, Cheviot Hills Citibank!

This review is several months overdue but I needed to make sure Alejandra & Arlethe receive the public praise they deserve for going above and beyond the call of duty- WITH a pleasant smile on their face. I came into the branch to deal with several deposits, wires and transfers during the escrow process. My transactions and requests were not always the easiest to complete, yet these two were always willing to problem solve and figure out the best solution to whatever dilemma we ran into. Nowadays, almost robotic 'Yes' or 'No' answers are what we experience in customer service, but that was not the case during my visits to this Citibank location and specific interactions with Alejandra and Arlethe. Purchasing a home is already a very stressful and time-consuming process, so thank you both for making at least this part as smooth as possible. You never know how much a little compassion and effort can impact a customer. Thanks again!

I love this Citibank. I have been coming here for years, and I always feel like I am treated courteously made to feel like I am a known and respected customer! The manager, Marcelo, always gives me a warm hello. They have been a very comfortable bank to go to Covid safety wise. The tellers are friendly, and it's been fun to see so many of them advance to different positions. As a reviewer said below, even the parking attendant (for free validated parking) is a doll!

This branch is excellent. The manager, Marcelo Carrasco is excellent. The tellers are kind, patient and efficient. They validate parking and it's easy to park. Even the young security is respectful to clients, also efficient.

I had a bad experience here. I like Citibank overall but the employees at this location were not helpful. They were very short, lacked courtesy. I will be going to an alternate location in the future.
