DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS CARD OR ANY CITIBANK CARD I applied for this credit card within Home Depot under the 18 month 0% APR promotion and made consistent timely monthly payments that were taken directly from my checking account. Citibank (the credit cards sponsor) was making withdrawals from my bank account for two months and then suddenly stopped. I went into the Home Depot store to ask why the money was not being taken out of my account and was told that my account had been frozen and that I would have to contact Citibank. When I contacted Citi's customer service I was told that "the account owner of this card has passed away" and despite explaining to them that I was the account owner and confirmed my social and all of my personal information, I was still told that they couldn't accept payment because the account owner has "passed away". I called numerous times afterwards and was told the same thing by Citibank's customer service and was told that I would need to provide proof that I was still alive and get a letter from Social Security proving that. I tried on numerous occasions to call the Social Security office which was closed due to COVID and eventually got a hold of somebody who stated that the Social Security office could not provide a letter stating that I was alive, rather only provide a letter stating that I was deceased - which they obviously confirmed was not the case as it was not in their system that I had passed away and that I was speaking to them directly. Over the course of me trying to resolve this issue, I received a letter from a collection agency looking for payment and eventually got hold of a customer service representative who indicated that my account was "accidentally" labelled as deceased on my account and that they would try to fix the issue with the credit reporting agencies on their end. As a result of Citibank's mistake, my credit score dropped from being in the 800's to the 600's which significantly impacted my ability to apply for a mortgage on a home that my family was looking to purchase and put me and my family through a lot of stress for nothing. After admitting their mistake Citi did not do as much as to even apologize or make the situation right for me and my family and only requested an immediate minimum payment within less than a week. None of my other credit cards reported me as being deceased and Citibank singlehandedly ruined my credit and for a time, my ability to purchase my family a home. I have audio recordings proof of the conversations between me and Citibank's customers service. My family and I have been suffering for the past 6 months going between the Home Depot store and talking to Citibank customer service and it's been made clear that neither company cares about their customers or to rectify their mistakes appropriately. Do not apply for this card or any card with Citibank unless you're looking to risk ruining your credit due to their negligence. Osama Abdelfatah

We use this Citibank because Stephan is Da Man. Not too crowded and small facility.

My nearest Citi location. We came here to sign up for a joint checking account and get a new credit card. We had a great experience and lovely appointment. Plenty of parking out front. Highly recommend to anyone in need of good service! :)

What a welcome surprise. They are open again and resuming business. The 3 gentlemen working there are congenial, and very efficient at their craft. The place is serene and welcoming with lots of parking and no riff raff. My Teller this a.m. was Stephan and I am very pleased., hence a 5 STAR *****.

I've been with Citibank for nearly 11 years now. I've conducted business with them and have had numerous transactions done with tellers, bankers, management, etc.. I've always been treated fair and have Citibank has always met the level of satisfaction to me. However, this review isn't based just on "Citibank" it's based on the Branch Manager/VP: Josephine Rivera. I was referred to Josephine by a personal banker for a transfer. Upon arrival I was greeted with the upmost respect. Not only did she make me feel as though I'm a valued client, but she made me feel as though I'm "family" and it was genuine. I don't know how Citibank treats their employees, but I hope she's treated well. She brings respect, integrity, and value to this brand. It was more than a please working with you today Josephine. I appreciate everything. You're assessment is worth more than the 5 stars provided by Yelp. I honestly mean that.

Banking with Citibank has been absolutely delightful! I had the pleasure of speaking with Josephine the Branch Manager when calling in to recognize two of her employees and I am a firm believer that greatness ALWAYS comes from the top down and let me tell you talking to Josephine was a confirmation of this! She was so kind, genuine and has such a uplifting spirit! Speaking to her was like speaking to a long time friend she made sure to ask me to stop by her branch to introduce myself and I could sense how sincere she was. I called one day needing to go in for an urgent banking need the same day and Sarah answered. Sarah was simply wonderful! It was a Friday and she said come in now. I headed right over and let her know I had limited time and let her know what time I needed to be out by and she got me out in half the time. Her service was efficient and exceptionally impressive. I am LOVING the consistency I get throughout the Citibank experience. THANK YOU!

This is truly the worst branch I've ever had to do business with. The most unhelpful, rude tellers that are uninformed and unhelpful and rude. Horrible experience today.

This is the experience at the tire center. My girlfriend wants to get new tires for her car so we made an appointment. I have the membership. She doesn't. On the day of the appointment, it was raining outside and lots of traffic jam. She was able to get there on time. I was stuck in traffic in the rain. I was 20 minutes late. I try to explain to the employee and the supervisor why I was late. They said, "Too bad, you late. You no longer have appointment! You can wait like everyone else!" In a rude behavior. They had no sympathy. I never experience anything like that from any of the Costco I been to. I guess they know people will buy tires from anyway so they have no reasons to be nice to customers.

There's not enough employees working there, I've seen people looking for certain items that they can't find but not enough employees to help specially elderly in general.

Well stocked and staffed Costco. Parking is a bit of a hassle, but once you get through the store is great. Centrally located, normally a 5-10 minute drive from wherever I am. I have my go to items and always find them in stock.

I don't know about Costco, I mean I always get conflicted about it. My first visit to a Costco set a bad tone for every other one but in such a way that it was so terrible every other one was better and I leave feeling everything was right even though it isn't. This place isn't so badthough anyway, as objectively as I can rate it I'd say the service is decent, the options aren't to varied so not too overwhelming and you always get a familial feeling here every time.

This is Glendale's local Costco. Located in a huge plaza. Parking lot is big. Busy but easy to find parking. Smaller of the Costco locations I have been to. They do not have a gas station. Not super busy on a weekend morning. Was in and out pretty fast. No real lines at the register.

Rude, rude, rude cashier and customer service. Bad experience in this location and treated really badly with disrespect. Saturday in there with my wife buying quite a lot of stuff for the home no problem. Sunday went to buy an air fryer and was treated like a criminal! Cashier from hell who did not want me to use my credit card to pay for an appliance that my wife wanted to buy. We are both members but they didn't want to allow each to use my card to pay as my card was not with me. How ridiculous! The cashier was extremely rude and asked me for my ID do they could go and check, meanwhile she said she was voiding sale and I would need to wait. till she rang up other customers till she would re ring my purchase once my ID checked out. Ive been a member for 8 years and have NEVER had a problem like this. I spoke to the manager to. Live my displeasure with the transaction. #customerserviceisobseletehere

This is by far the craziest Costco and dirtiest eating area with pigeons walking on tables. My major complaint is the $3.99 ceasar chicken salad at the outdoor food area. Yo! As I was about to pour the dressing when I noticed how frigging dirty the tomatoes are, with lint, hair, black grease and a friggin mosquito! I returned it and wasn't able to exchange it for something different. I didn't even get an apology and just got a nasty breathy attitude from some red headed old Caucasian lady. I got my money back thank goodness. Ya, it's cheap but not worth getting sick over. Home cooking and prepping your own food is the best way to go. Can't trust other people. Looks like someone dropped the vegetables on a hairy dirty parking lot and put it back in the container to serve. BEWARE OF LOS ANGELES LOS FELIZ COSTCO'S ALREADY PREPARED FOODS... INSPECT IT CAREFULLY IF YOU HAVE TO SHOP THERE!!

This Costco needs customer service training. They have inconsistencies in policies. I understand that you must comply with company policy but when you have been a member for over 8 years and you have been able to pay with two different cards (they don't know people's situation)and now you can't it's an inconvenience. When asked to speak to the supervisor I believe Daniel was his name about this he was extremely rude and abrasive showed no empathy at all. Like I said I understand policy but there is way you can talk to people and treat the with respect. In general all team members should do that but ESPECIALLY leadership because they set the tone for the rest of the employee. It now makes sense why this Costco is rated badly.
