I booked an appointment a day before coming here and it is taking me almost an hour to be helped. There was literally only one bank teller working, and one banker working the desks. It is not even organized because some guy literally cut me. Wasted an hour and 30 mins of my time. Don't go to this Citi Bank, you'll just waste your time. P.S the security guard they have though was the only informative one here.

If all you need is to use the atm and sometimes stop by the bank use them . They've taken care of me and best part is they do not disturb you . Citibank has been one of the most chill non invasive banks I've ever used . They dont call me , bug me , nothing , they let me do my thing or nothing at all . Use this shi . Only thing is it's near a homeless area but they haven't ever bugged me and I stopped by there in the night too . Pretty much it's like anywhere you go just be safe .

There was this Teller named Vanessa that doesn't want me to talk. She kept saying and putting her hands to signal to stop. I need to tell her my other transactions. When she finished my deposit, she asked me if there's anything else. I gave her another transaction and she said I should have told her earlier. She doesn't even want me to talk, doesn't want to listen, later she would asked if anything else I need? She doesn't not belong in the front dealing w people if she's not willing to listen. Rude young lady

Only 1 cashier is open and 1 customer service is serving. Building itself around a trashy neighborhood and it feels not secure at all. They don't offer even restroom.

Worst bank to have your money. Do not put your money here. They are very unprofessional and their customer service is awful. Even their toll free customer service number it takes you 4 to 5 calls to get a live person. Run away from this bank. They hold your money and if you have any issues they take 2 to 3 months 5o resolve it and on top of that not even apologize for their errors.

Well Fargo Scam? Beware - this bank is as shady. I came in to close a checking account. I used the exact words too. Simple right? No, it's politics. In fact, it goes against the personal banker (a bad point to their running score) to close your account, but regardless of the circumstance, they must close the account according to hm, the law and the Corp policy. So this is what they did instead: lied the fact that my account was closed. I guess it's not their policy to be honest if I'm being charged for monthly fees for an account I definitely requested to close. When I entered the bank, the personal bankers told me to go to the teller to close my bank. To be quite honest, it sounded suspicious that a teller is the sole responsible person to close my account, because it's not. What CitiBank did: I asked the teller to "close my account", she said "sure" as if it was an easy process. After inserting my debit card, she then asked me where I should move my money. Once I told her and the whole process was complete, she told me that my bank account was officially closed and the transfer occurred. I asked her: "Are you sure you closed my account? I want to be clear, I want this account canceled. Don't I need anything else to sign off?" She responded, "Nope you're all set. It's that easy. You'll see it reflected in your mobile account in less than an hour." Okay cool. I saw my account zeroed. I assumed it was slower in removing it from app. A month later, ya guessed it! Monthly fee rolling in. Claiming overdrawn. In all account closures, all account cancellations must be done by the approval of a personal banker not just the teller. Make sure you get a paper copy or an electronic confirmation because words are cheap in the hands of the greedy. Be cautious Yelpers. Go to another Citibank to do your business.

Came to this location to open a bank account. The banker forgot my ID in the printer and did not give it back to me. When I went back to the location, there was no apologize at all. Do not recommend this location.

I went into this branch a few weeks back to submit documents for my account, which I am now being told that I never brought in. I've tried calling the branch specifically thereafter, and no one picks up the phone.

Nice that Citibank kept the beautiful & historical building. Quite a bold move & remodel the inside for a full service bank. My brother & I had some last minute business to tend to & it was a beautiful Saturday afternoon. The staff was both very attentive & gracious. Great service! Thank You.

Poonam was the rude woman who refused services to me in this branch. She seems to feel important and too busy to help me but there no one else besides me.

Worst citibank location. Come here and be prepared to spend 30 mins - 1 hr to complete any simple transaction. I try to do everything online and through customer service. Avoid this location like the plague. There's a better location nearby on Wilshire Blvd, Google / Yelp it. you're better off using the ATMS haha, they're more efficient than the people working here.

This is the worst bank ever. There is only one teller and about 30 people in line and everyone is upset and I'm on my lunch break... so not professional.. I'm never coming here again

This location has a nice size parking lot to accommodate their customers. However when you walk in their is a smell of moldy not so fresh air that kicks you right in the gut. They really should do something about that. Normally I would not even let things like that bother me, but this is a really strong smell and it's quite awful. I also think it is something that could affect you if inhaled for too long. Once you get over the smell you quickly realize they are also very low in staff. I have had to go in several times and always a huge line on the weekends especially and 2 tellers. Last time I had to wait about two hours just to change my last name on the account. Hope they make changes soon because the location is convenient but not enough to waste precious time.
