Great service! Came to get my daughter’s quince dress earlier this year and were able to give me an accurate date. Came in today and it was gorgeous! They had a seamstress in store to adjust the waist.

I made the mistake of going to that store without seeing the opinions here before, and when I looked it was late because I already left half of it, I arrived on time for my appointment which was 12 and it turns out that my dress was not ready and the first thing they asked me is If I had the full cash, it took them a while to bring it as they had ordered, but that's not true. They only washed it, it was the same. They gave me the dress until 5 in the afternoon and they didn't even cook it properly and they never answered the call. It was very bad. experience

I’ve been to Cinderella’s closet twice and both times I’ve had positive experiences. The first time I was assisted by Frankie and the second time by Leslie. They were very attentive and never rushed me at all.
