Great selection, BUT everything tobacco related is overpriced, came in here to buy a flum pebble and I was charged $30, they usually sell for around $15-$20, extremely overpriced goods, times are also not correct on google

Once again, it looks like because of only one person working that the place isn’t open between 11:30 am and lord knows when. A lunch break time for the public would help us not waste time walking over.

I was regular customer here until today. I returned a bottle of vape juice that had been incorrectly labeled (box and bottle labelled as orange soda, juice was menthol ice) They refused to do anything about it because it would "lose them money" to take it back and exchange. Hundreds of dollars per month business lost for a $14 bottle of vape juice.

Met the nicest young guy here who helped me pick out a water pipe. They don't have much in the $50 range in this category but I found one and it has become one of my favorite pipes of all time. Plenty of accessories too.

They sold me a leaky vape. When I went back to exchange the next day, dude at the counter told me I had to come back when the guy who sold me vape is working... terrible service

They were closed when I got there about a half an hour before they're hours said. They still have the open sign on and the guy at the register was just staring at me when I knocked on the door.

Worst customer service I have experienced. The skinny man behind the counter deliberately embarrassed me in front of another customer. Disgusting and arrogant attitude.

I've never left a review in my life. Been coming here for years, giving them lots of business. I recently started puffing and I realized they're selling fake puffs! Super not cool. I won't come back. Also what you see about them not being open when they should be is true. These guys lazy.
