I truly had an amazing experience at Chromatic Collision. Omar was a very helpful individual and ensured my vehicle was given to me on time. The work done on my car is immaculate. My car was keyed while parked on the street and the car looks as if it never had any marks or scrapes. Thank you very much.

My experience with Chromatic Collision Center was superb! My car was terribly damaged , my Bumper was detached, one side of my car had a huge dent and not to mention the frame of my car was caved in. I was so depressed about the situation that had occurred but Omar really took care of me. I dropped my car off , picked it up in a week and it was a 360 make over! My car looked brand new. The car looked like it wasn’t in any accident. The paint job was spot on ! And he also fixed a few spots on my rims that I had before the accident!
Customer service is 10/10 and their work is flawless! I pulled out Omar’s lot a happy customer. I strongly recommend you take your car to them ! You won’t be disappointed. Below are my before and after photos

I came here after my car was involved in a hit and run. I drive a dodge challenger so I was distraught at the fact that summer was almost here and I’d be rolling around in a bucket. When I pulled up on Omar he reassured me that he’d have my car fixed and ready to roll in less than 30 days. Boy did he deliver. Not only was it ready to go but he took the extra time to detail it for me so it looked like new money when I picked it up. I couldn’t be happier. Don’t hesitate to leave your car in his teams care. He answered all my questions and all my calls (cause I was checking on my baby like 2x’s a week) and dealt with my insurance company very closely to make sure all the t’s were crossed and the i’s were dotted. I didn’t have any worries knowing he had my back. It took the stress off of me completely and I had my car back in roughly 2.5 - 3 weeks. I have Omar stored in my contacts just in case anything happens and I’m referring him to all of LA county. His team is totally worth it.

Horrible place! Warning do not waste your time attempting to do business here. Omar the operation manager does not know how to conduct business. His workers are unable to accept cars without his permission according to the workers. I gave him a call. He informed he he would call me back within an hour to schedule an appointment with me. Never called. I text him the following day. No reply. I text him again two days later asking if they had time to work on my vehicle. If he did not have time to please just let me know so I could make other arrangements. Did he reply? NO! It shouldn't take that much work to have them respond. No way I would ever trust them to work on my vehicle if they can't even respond. Horrible business model. One star is too much for them! Do not waste your time here.

I picked up my car yesterday and I couldn't believe what I seen, my car looked like it just came off the showroom floor, l have 1995 Buick LeSabre and my Man Omar and his TEAM did a "GREAT JOB " Thank You My Brother for the time and patient you had with my car, I will definitely be back with my other car soon, and the great part about it, it didn't take long and the price was right for the work that they did, I couldn't find a better place with this quality work at a satisfying price ?? ? ??

This company is very thorough they kept in contact with me throughout the process of my claim being addressed and assisted me with any questions or concerns I had as well as spoke with my insurance company for me they really took the pressure off of me which allowed me to go to work knowing that my vehicle was in good hands Omar and Jessica are great thank you Chomeactic Collision Center I appreciate all you help!!!

Very good price for a whole car painted. Very good work and very reasonable price. You will need to talk to Omar. He will take care of everything. My car never looked this good and I’ve had the car since 5 k miles on it until 60k so since I got it the paint never looked as good as this. Check out the pictures.

I had such a dented hood on my Audi A5, I couldn’t open it. So a friend recommended I take my car to Abdul. I’m still amazed at the gorgeous job he did. It was ready in a day and a half. He also took care of a few other dents and some needed repainting, for a little extra. Very reasonably priced. I would’ve never have been able to get such a deal in Hollywood. + my car is more beautiful than ever :)) 5 stars.Service: Body & Trim
