I have been going to Chris for all my computer repairs for about 7 years now and have referred my roommates and friends. Exceptional services and very reasonable priced. A lifesaver!! My MacBook presented a problem I've never encountered before. I called a few different places all while panicking (I have school in the morning) and Chris was the ONLY one who even answered the phone! I explained my situation and honestly, tech support has never been easier or more pleasant. We communicated on the phone and through text and he told me exactly what to do and it fixed the problem IN ONE STEP. I'm so thankful I found his number or I would have missed class, spent time and sooo much more money, and panicked overnight. Not to mention waiting for those appointments at other stores. Even the trust between the service provider and the customer was such a bonus. I didn't have to pay until after we were sure my laptop worked normally again! He was so patient and so friendly. AND AFFORDABLE! I can't say enough good things. Chris, THANK YOU! You were a life saver tonight. Hope others see this review and stop their search cause THEY GOT A GREAT ONE RIGHT HERE! Chris did excellent work at an amazingly good price, was available readily, and is friendly & cool. In building a gaming PC, I was not able to get the unit to power on. Chris was able to diagnose the problem with the existing components and get it running. Definitely went the extra mile! Plus he has the most entertaining website you'll see for computer repair. Recommended, and will use his services again!

I spilled coffee on my computer while working from home. I took it to another shop first where they tried to sell me a new computer right after I told them I had liquid damage. I said NO THANKS and stepped out. Asked a friend for her recommendation, and she gave me Chris' info. I dropped it off at his place that morning and he had it repaired that afternoon for much less than a new computer's cost. So frickin' relieved he was able to save my lifeline during Covid. He restored my computer to as it was before the spill and it works perfectly.

In the age of zoom meetings I had a very important meeting this morning that could no be done over the phone. My surface pro stopped working an hour before the meeting and Chris was able to fix it remotely right away. I made it to my meeting with time to spare.

Since everything is done online due to covid, I had a really important meeting on zoom this morning. My surface pro just stopped working an hour before the meeting. Chris was able to work on it remotely right away! He fixed in time for my meeting with a lot of time to spare.
