The owners, Allan and Abby, helped my wife (fiancé at the time) pick the diamond and setting design for our engagement ring then custom made the setting. The ring came out perfect! Allan and Abby are very welcoming, straightforward, and responsive. They made us feel at ease and informed throughout the engagement-ring shopping process. Highly recommend!

Been coming here for an engagement ring and wedding bands. Picking an engagement ring can be a daunting process. Choosing the cut, grade, size, and setting is made extremely simple thanks to Allan and Abby. Their personable and helpful customer service makes you feel comfortable so you can focus on picking the ring that's right for you. They absolutely knocked it out of the park as my fiance couldn't be happier with her ring. They also have an impressive selection of other jewelery in every birthstone and metal imaginable. Parking is very easy. Just park at Pershing Square.

For all the gentlemen and ladies who plan to propose and aren't knowledgeable in the ring selection process...China Art Fine Jewelry is the place to be. Allan, his lovely wife & fellow associates are very patient, understanding and helpful. During my big purchase, I did not sense any kind of hard sell from them. They were able to provide me with a selection of diamonds to choose based on my budget. Prior to choosing China Art Fine Jewelry as my jeweler, I had gone to big-store diamond retailer, mall jewelry store, membership-only warehouse and even online jewelry retailer. The bottom line: I felt like I got the best quality diamond ring for a reasonable price. PS: I took my fiancée to their shop and they help her narrow down the type of ring she likes. They can even help you design (CAD Design) your ring too!

Visiting China Art & Jewelry was an exceptional experience! They had a great selection and readily would accommodate custom orders. But, the best thing about them was their customer service. I went in planning to buy an anniversary gift for my wife. Normally, I am weary about receiving advice from anyone who is trying to sell me something, but I didn't have to keep my guard up with them. They offered me sound advice about the pros and cons of different rings, and they worked with me to find the perfect gift for my wife that could also fit my budget. I brought my wife in to try on a few rings and we left with more jewelry than either of us expected, big smiles, no regrets, and plans to come back in the future. They know that treating people well can guarantee you customers for life, and they certainly have found that in my wife and I.

The staff at China Art is very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Allan took the time to explain all the details of the diamond. He let us use the mini handheld magnifying glass to show us the true diamond and he continued to explain and educate us. They used no pressure selling techniques and we felt very comfortable. This place is amazing with very good prices and high end jewelry.
