There is an employee inside but shi very rudely refuses to sell anything through the sliding box from behind the window and she claims it's closed till 5:00 am now it's 02:02 And she hid in a room to not sell a fountain drink.... ?but I know this store it is 24/7 maybe an hour or even half so they get to do their thing (mop,restock....) But guess this older lady feels like closing the store for tonight....

The store is pretty clean and stocked well. Unfortunately, there's nothing more irritating than been watched or followed every time you go in even though you've been going there every day for 7 months

If you expect to start you're morning on a bad note with all the woman who work here being in a shitty mood or too busy on their phones to help you then by all means. How do you leave a customer there just staring at you, waiting while you continue to do whatever you're doing on your phone. Then rudely say bye like if I did something wrong to you. Lol chevron do better at hiring people who actually wanna work

Horrible cashier came in to buy some snacks and use the restroom due to a long trip the cashier told me she would buzz me in. I literally waited for 10min as she was not busy just for her to not buzz me in I lost my patients and left. Even the other customers were looking at me surprised she couldn't even build the energy to push a button

Had the worst experience at this gas station today. I come here often because I live right around the corner and I had never had a bad experience until today. I'm not one to write a review as I understand that dealing with customers could sometimes be a pain in the butt as there as so many personalities you run into. Long story short Coraila needs better training in customer service as she was very unapologetic for HER mistake. She then proceeded to try to be little me by saying "what does she want me to do give her a free bag of chips or something like there's nothing I could do." Because of her Carelessness I couldn't get the gas I needed.

I have been a long time customer at this Chevron. Today I bought a Diet Coke bottle, a Coke Dream, and a pint of ice cream- cost $13.47 but I knew already I was paying for the convenience. I also purchased $40 of gas but I purchased that with cash and the products with my debit card. When I got home and gave my mom the Diet Coke- it had a horrible smell to it and the top of the bottle was tinged green. I took everything back because I didn't trust the other products since the Diet Coke smelled so bad. Now I know that it's not the employees' fault but of course they have no manager or lead to assist a customer with a refund if there's no receipt- even though I showed them the charge for that day in the exact amount of the three products and the girl that charged me was there. They needed some special code. Now the female cashiers were trying their best to contact the manager and help me, but a male there who said his name was Mando was antagonizing me, said the Diet Coke smelled like Diet Coke to him and wasn't expired, said it didn't matter if the manager was there- i still wouldn't get a refund without a receipt, & was continually talking over me. I am so disappointed in this Chevron, I really am. I left a voicemail for this manager. I am planning to go in tomorrow to speak with a manager. I know there are protocols, but I wasn't trying to scam Chevron- I just wanted my $13.47 back for the bad product and the 2 products I didn't trust anymore that I hadn't opened (the Diet Coke was full minus that one first drink before the bad smell hit my mom's nose.) I am just so sick of being loyal to businesses that apparently don't care about their customers. A lead or manager with all access codes should be on the premises at all times. And Mando needs some serious customer service training, maybe the female cashiers who were at least trying to help me can give him some tips.

Gas stations love taking advantage of people and marking up the prices, and the pumps take forever and a day to fill up. Car wash sucks and car comes out dirtier than when i took it in. The spray nozzles are broken and shoot out at questionable pressure that feels like it could damage the car. The worst part however is the vacuums. How are you going to charge a $3 dollar fee for $2 dollar use- here i was thinking i spent $4 dollars to vacuum my own car but when i got home i noticed the total was $10. Fees they put are absolutely ridiculous.

Stopped my for a carwash. Waited 20 minutes, bought the mid-level wash. When it was finished, was still really dirty and the "spot free rinse" was a joke. Don't waste your money. Didn't try the vacuums.

Got a full tank of gas and paid $9 for the express car wash. My car looked filthier after using their carwash. I didn't notice until I got to work otherwise I would have asked for a refund.
