Should have checked the reviews before I got here. I’ve never seen such low rating on Google ever! The highest gas prices in the area, lousy customer service, no restrooms. Avoid by all means!

I remember this spot when it was Bob and Ken's Chevron.......Now under new ownership, this establishment is BEYOND IRRESPONSIBLE - OVER PRICED SNACKS AND $2 .OO FOR AIR ( TIRES)....... NONSENSE AND ABSOLUTELY NO CULPABILITY FOR THE LACK OF ASSISTANCE FROM THE " EMPLOYEES"........ AVOID AT ALL COSTS ‼️.........

Currently homeless but not broke. I’m not in the best spot in life right now but people judge and assume. Like this cashier did. Wanted to buy at least a coffee or a soda pop. I couldn’t buy anything. Feel bad man :( He was probably tired but it’s not an excuse. It really hurts to write this review.

I've been to this gas station a few times in the past decade and the customer service was never good. There were times I asked the cashier for courtesy air and water, but was told I had to insert $1.50 into the machine. I ended up paying so that I can put air in my tires, but the machine was broken. I told the cashier what had happened and expected a refund, but was told that the air pump is independent of the gas station; I think that was totally BS. I'm posting this review after so many bad experiences over a log period of time.

This gas station has pumps that don't work properly and need maintenance. At the same time, it charges way above the market rate. It made me think I got all the gas needed for my vehicle tank only to realize later that my car needed several more gallons, after hitting the road.

by far the worst gas station i've ever been to. the worker this night was not helpful at all. literally made my life harder than it needs to when all i needed was change.. wasted my time so ridiculous how he's racist not lgbtq friendly whatsoever also!

Worst customer service. I'm a repeat customer I always drive on the 2 freeway and buy gas because it's convenient and right off the freeway. This time I was here on 8/29/2022 around 6pm and my tire gauge showed low tire pressure so I asked the cashier kindly if I can use the air machine to level my tire I'm surprised he denied service to me after I mentioned to him I'm a customer and this is a service station and air is free since it's part of the service offered to business customers I was denied using the air machine again unless this time I pay $1.5 for the air. I tried to explaining to the cashier it's illegal in California to charge for air in a gas station but no chance. I drove off with front flat tire to another Chevron 1.1 miles away and I was greeted nicely and had access to free air for my tire. I hope the owner or the franchise Rep reads this review and feel ashamed of who they hire to represent their brand. Not buying gas there anymore they just lost my business.

Stopped here to put air in my tires. Went inside to ask them to turn on the air the answer was "no we don't do that" I offered to pay with card he said "it only takes cash" I went back to my car to get cash and came back to get change and the response was "we don't make change" I'm just giving the facts and no opinion. This is what happened.
