Terrible service, I traveled twice for more than an hour to be attended to and at 11:30 am they had not opened, I knocked on their door the second time and they let me know, if you are from a distance don't waste your time going there.

I rarely need any repair but I desperately needed a new screen for my MacBook pro. I was so grateful that they were open on a Sunday and that I was able to get it fixed that same day. Enrique was very pleasant and everything worked great afterwards. Thank you for being so informative and getting my screen done so fast! We are looking forward to doing business with you again.

I found this I phone repair shop online with my dad and he approved and the guy is very nice and the I phone repairs are cheap and fast it can take 20-40 minutes also they have a ton of repairs for all types of phones. Awesome service!

Fixed my charging port, but but he broke my phone case and made me use zelle instead of my card definitely wouldn't recommend especially because this fool be taking random lunch breaks during business hours and added tax at the last minute after price was already discussed 0/10 for customer service

This is the same as Simple Iphone repair there are scammers running this place both places have same address they using mechanic tactics and will tell u other stuff is or might be wrong dont go here !!!

Stay away !!!! First big red flag is u gotta be buzzed in to come in . For a repair store ?? Dude probably scams so many people . , even the conversation he had with other people he's a hustler . Ask for ur number to call u when it's ready then takes so long gotta call urself ... says oh I was waiting on ur call what the freak?????? What's the point of taking down my number And only gave me 10 minutes to get there or else I would have to wait another hour and a half cause he "had to pick up his daughter "????? On top of it all my phone camera is not working properly any more highly sure he swapped it out for something cheaper dudes a con artist stay away!!! U gotta have exact change too if ur paying In cash wish is extremely weird very shady vibes period I knew it Ur a clown real talk u literally said a hour and half at most for the repair you give no receipts it's really weird how alllll other bad reviews all other people have other problems right . Weirdo I'm sure you're not officially register on the better business bureau since ur not a legit company just some clown running a repair shop id love for them to go after u ... I'll make sure u lost some future money one way or another having customers go else where no way in hell a screw can puncture and just make the zoom feature. Not work properly not mess it up completely just zoom feature ?? Ur a clown that does shady business wish is why you'll never go anywhere in life you'll be stuck doing repairs you're whole life

Bad experience. I paid $240 to get a service done for my cellular connection to work and the man in charge promised me that it's guaranteed the best service I can get. The service didn't work out and the guy didn't communicate with me until i called him to see what was going on. Man didn't keep his word and won't give me my refund! That's money I could be feeding my family with... like cmon dude. Then he tells me thats there's another service I can do but for an extra $100. No way. If that service didn't work either, I'll be $340 short and I won't be seeing that money ever again. Do yourselves a favor and take this review seriously. Don't come to this place. You'll be saving a lot of money from this guy.

My iPhone unexpectedly quit on me on a late Monday night and Enrique was extremely informative over the phone and was communicative in the diagnosis and explaining the different options for repairing my phone. I called close to closing and he was accommodating and kind to our late request. My phone was fixed quickly within the hour and I couldn't be more grateful for his great customer service and work. I'm relieved that I found Enrique's business for any of my phone repair needs in the future.

Wasn't sure how else to do this, but I just want to report that the Venice Blvd location is CLOSED! Definitely OUT of BUSINESS. I called all the number & they are disconnected, but I was desperate so I went and it is definitely gone. Asked the neighbors and they confirmed. What a shame. We need these kinds of businesses.
