I have brought my dog to this facility for grooming. However, I had a horrible conversation with a receptionist. I would never consider leaving my dog with this facility.

My dog Llyka absolutely adores Chateau Marmutt! Llyka has separation anxiety, so it's been an absolute godsend to have a reliable place where we can drop her off for a few hours when we're in a pinch and can't take her with us somewhere! Although she usually won't let us out of her sight, she DRAGS us inside here because she can't wait to play! It also took us FOREVER to find a place that doesn't cage their pups when they stay for overnights. The room they play in during the day is the same they sleep in at night, so we don't have to worry about her being scared and destroying her teeth trying to escape at night :( We didn't understand this the first time, and it made us anxious to leave her there for the weekend, but they DO take the doggos out on short walks when they stay for overnights (they are not just expected to go inside!!) I've visited places that smell like dog pee before, and this is not one of them. Love that they're open every day, even if you can't drop off on Sundays. (I wish the hours were later at night, especially Saturdays, but I understand why they can't be!) The staff is lovely and really care about the doggos and never make me feel like a crazy person when I explain Llyka's special quirks (and my helicopter parent worries ) There are always loads of other dogs, and I'm so happy Llyka has so many options for who to play with! She's never been afraid to stubbornly tell me if she hates a place, but clearly she has nothing but love for it here! I can sleep at night knowing she's safe, being fed and watered, and cared for! I'm so happy we found our daycare!

I have been in the pet business for over 13 years and having dogs I am super picky where we take our pups... The staff here is attentive, and our pup has a great time andour pup comes back tired and happy.

If you're comfortable with your pet being in an environment reminiscent of a shelter, then this might be the right place for you. It's overcrowded, baren, no natural light, and staff members yell at the dogs. The only reason I'm not leaving a worse review is because the employee I directly dealt with was polite to me.

Winston loves it here. He's very social and loves to play. What better way to get all the zoomies and wiggles out than doggy day care right next to our house. I wish it had an outdoor area for fresh air, but I get it. It's LA. Can't have it all considering the cost of real estate. Great staff, great care. Thank you!!!

This place is so great, they remember who my dog is even if we haven't been in for a while! They are so friendly and efficient as well with their check in and drop offs. Very accommodating and helpful. Thankful!

Really nice staff - my dog loves going here. The place is a bit outdated but what the building lacks in looks they make up in care for the dogs. We have only used day care at this point. They separate the small and large dogs.

Dropped my doggy off here kinda last min during a move to save her from being stressed out and everyone was so nice and attentive. And the day care pricing is very reasonable!
