I am a preferred Chase client. I came into deposit some foreign currency. First Katie started by arguing that Scotland and England don’t use the same currency. Then she proceeded to attempt to short me $178 because she miscounted. No one double checked her work which is obviously needed. Did she apologize at any point for almost shortening me? Nope. Oh yah by the way it took her almost 30 minutes to do a poor job. Super disappointed. Even worse than that is Chase doesn’t make it easy to give feedback. I didn’t want to waste any more time there but they say “send us feedback” on the bottom of their receipt but good luck on actually doing that. Total waste of time. Thank goodness I counted everything beforehand and knew what I expected. I could have been shorted almost $200 if I let Katie do the counting.

Yesterday I was making a deposit and when I was at the teller the bank manager a Asian man said did I lose a envelope and I looked and was missing my $1000 dollars envelope I thanked him for being honest

Very upset I came in at 3pm on Saturday today and the bank was closed. I spent money to Uber here and now I will be late for work. I had a very important deposit I needed to take care of.

Honestly speaking, this branch has the best crew. The banker Eric and Marc helped me a lot, I have mortgage with lender James, he's the best of best. Also investor Daniel, we really believe in him. I don't know the teller's name with beautiful smile, but everything I experienced here is terrific.
