It’s unfortunate as I live within walking distance but I will never return to this location. I would rather drive to a different location than deal with the unpleasant disposition of the tellers here. There was no issue with chase or my account it’s just each teller exudes annoyance as though they are being inconvenienced by doing their jobs. I hope corporate monitors reviews and enforces customer service training at this location. I’ll find another branch in the meantime.

Yes, I would recommend Chase Bank to a neighbor friend or family member. They gave me good service all the time.

Easy parking. Nice location. In the same shopping center as Wells Fargo, Bank of America and Schools First Credit Union. Easy access to ATM's.

Visited this location on Sat. The men standing in the side were helpful and kind. The Teller, not so much. Very poor costumer service skills. More training is required. In the future (highly doubt I’d come back to this location) please do not rush a customer bc “other people are waiting in line” - i mean i waited too and you will answer all my questions. I should have gotten her name but i didn’t, regretfully.

I can not express just how much I am utterly Disappointed in Chase, in the realization how big of crooks they are. I was a customer of Chase Banking for at least 20 plus years. We of course had some small issues occasionally, but never warrant me closing down my Chase account altogether. On March 23, 2022 I was checking my online banking and notice that $1500.00 was missing from my account, it was a E withdraw, which I have never seen. So I called the bank to let them know that there was some fraudulent going on. They froze my account, but I needed assess to my funds, so went to my local Chase they closed my account, we opened another account, and the fraud claim was reported. Six weeks go by I call they tell me that I have been denied. I make another claim because Chase is saying that it was me, that took the $ 1500.00. After many calls, claims I made to claim department I requested that they check their cameras, so in order to do that Chase said that I had to file a police report, I went to station did everything Chase asked for, went back to Chase and they out right denied me again Without checking cameras. We are now on Aug 4,2022We the greater population, middle class are the ones to lose to cooperate America. Something drastically needs to CHANGE.

Another great experience at this Chase branch, I recently had a living trust drawn up and was told that all my assets including bank accounts have to be transferred out of my name and into the name of my living trust. This can get tricky as there are several ways of doing it and various banks have different methods. Not to worry at this Chase branch. Princess A. is the Trust expert here and she's truly a princess. She really knows her stuff and we got this done quickly, efficiently, and very pleasantly. I would just add that for this type of transaction with a personal banker it really helps to make an appointment ahead of time, either via phone or online.5 stars for Princess A. and Chase!

When we go into our neighborhood bank branch it's always nice to feel like we'll know at least one person there, and not always see a round robin of new unknown employees every time we go there. That's what I love about this Chase. There's a real feeling of "neighborhood branch" here with a solid core of employees who have been around for a good amount of time. Annette is my go-to person here, She always has a friendly greeting for me, by name, and always has answers and is ready to help. That's some truly excellent service and why I always look forward to doing my banking at this bank, Thanks Annette!

They don't have managers or assistant managers at this location, so they are highly limited. They can't handle transactions over 5,000...like you're a bank. Originally I felt sorry for them, I felt significantly less sorry for them after dealing with their incompetence. For those of you who remember the awesomeness of Washington Mutual, picture the exact opposite

I am very sad to admit that this became my local branch when Culver City closed. Manager Denise Carrillo needs additional customer service training. She was rude and obviously has no compassion for the elderly or at least for my 91 year old grandmother who was trying to resolve her issue in person.

Just received call from Chase. They are refunding the money I wrote about last week! They did the right thing, finally! I decided to stay!
