Just not the best service. The other nearby branches are fine and a couple of the bankers at this branch (like Ana and Justin) are good. It's just so hard to get service even if they are empty.

Love this branch as they're always so friendly and willing to help me with my very frequent deposits (due to the nature of my business). I'm always greeted with a smile and by my first name. Chase banks are always a hit or a miss (there are so many branches I avoid) so I'm really glad I found this one. Thanks!

Worst Chase bank you'll ever want to go to. They make you sit and wait and then tell you that they can't take you. They have nobody working inside but two people and they tell you you need to make an appointment to come in to make a dispute. Can't get anyone to answer the phone. They're too busy to take care of you. Worst customer service ever chase bank on third Street don't go there. Find another bank. Anything could be better than this

I made a 1 PM appointment to convert a checking account. The staff had no record of my appointment and asked me to wait because there were other appointments at 1 PM. I left because my time is valuable to me. It is my day off and I am taking time out of my day. The staff there is paid to be there on Saturday. Time is the one commodity that we can never regain. Do not waste my time and I felt like that’s what was going on. By reading other reviews, I should not have been surprised. Respect your customer and their time.

I thought this branch deserved a break from all the negative reviews. I’ve been a close-by resident since 03 ( had account since they used to be Washington Mutual )and I’ve never had any significant issue. One less star due to some young teller glaring at me one time on my visit last year ( it was so constant, I thought my shirt was unbuttoned or something) and another teller passing ridiculous remark when I asked her some question regarding foreign currency rate. Other than that, money in, money out, barabing - barabang. It’s doing its job.

I had a 1 PM appointment to convert a checking account. they told me I had to wait because there were a few 1 PM appointments before mine. why double, triple, or quadruple book appointments. my time is valuable to me. Do not book an appointment if you have no intention of keeping it.

This is for Ana, she provided me with excellent customer service - I arrived near closing, and was met by great resistance and indifference from another employee, but fortunately Ana stepped in and she was incredibly patient, informative and empathetic. She cheerfully helped me. I was grateful and inspired by her work ethic.

Woudl give 0 stars if I could. Set up an appointment Tuesday to open a business bank account and a business credit card. I brought all appropriate paperwork and told them I am a Florida resident only doing business in Florida.I'm just in California temporarily. Ana the private client associate took my paperwork, and I had to run to another appointment, she said she'd let me know by the end of the day if it was able to be opens or not.Didn't hear back the entire day, she was off Wednesday. No word from her Thursday. So Friday I called and asked what the status was, surely it would have been ready.Nope. Was asking me to come in Saturday morning except I have other business to attend this weekend. Didn't know it took a week to open a business acocunt. I'll be using a different bank.Chase sucks. Always has.

I would rate 0 stars. Unfair treatment, delayed start of a scheduled meeting due banker chit chatting non work related items while looking at the customer waiting. Overall unwillingness to help, unfair treatment. Lost a loyal customer and a potential new one. DISAPPOINTED.

This location ought to close permanently. The customer service is always hit or miss. Why have all these empty desks that nobody sits at, and all these bank teller windows whenthere's usually only 2 people behind the glass and a mile long line? Please put an ATM inside this location.

I don’t like to give bad reviews but bad customer service is all I will say.

Service here is like dealing with government employees. What happened to customer service? People don't value there jobs anymore.

Have been banking with Chase for years and have always had pleasant service at the windows of both the 6120 W Third St branch and the Wilshire/Hauser branch.Take 6120 W Third St off that list. Today I went there to deposit checks at the ATM. Got started with ATM on right and when I tried to insert checks, a screen came up that there was a problem. Gathered everything up, moved to ATM on left, which another customer had just left after being there a very long time and sounding frustrated. Went through the process, inserted checks, and then -- crickets. Spinning screen for 5 minutes. Cancelled transaction, gathered up everything again and went inside, thinking it would be fine to talk to a real person at a window and let them know what was going on with their ATMs. Teller Joseph Barron could not have cared any less. His response when I told him neither ATM was working properly, how long I waited and that another customer had problems also: "The one on the right doesn't accept checks", delivered in quite a bored tone, one blink short of an eye roll, no interest in the slightest bit of customer service empathy or apology. Admittedly frustrated at that point, I unfortunately said "They could at least put up a f****n sign" and he replied "There's no need to cuss". I apologize again for offending you Joseph. Too bad you escalated the problem instead of offering the good customer service that could have made it a positive experience.
