Apparently banks don’t cash bonds anymore???? I’m so sick of banks making it harder and harder to access your money. Closing all of my account asap & moving to a credit union.

Update your hours! Online it says open on Saturdays until 4pm. At the actual branch there is a photo that says open Saturdays until 8pm. Neither your marketing or office employees are doing this portion if their job. Wasted my time driving here.

Worst customer service. The tellers give you attitude. The tellers and relationship bankers actually have an attitude at this branch. I am a chase preferred member and this branch is a nightmare to deal with.

Tried to deposit check via app, for some reason it was put on hold until July 7th mind you this is over 10 days away. I have bills I have rent all due on the first and I have the money to pay it but cannot access it. I go into chase and they were somewhat friendly got me with a banker within 10 minutes the man was very kind but clearly did not know what he was doing and the man next to him did and just wouldn’t come over to help. It came to having to contact my employer to get the funds allocated and approved. We did that and then was told chase still for some reason can’t release it and I wasn’t even told why it was on hold in the first place. I also lost my debit card and have a new one on the way but they wouldn’t give me a temporary one in the meantime. So now because chase refuses to unhold my work paycheck or give a temporary debit card I cannot pay my rent, get gas, buy groceries i’m basically a prisoner to my home until july 7th that I might get evicted from. I’m not giving 1 star because I understand this isn’t necessarily THIS BANKS problem but i’ve had multiple friends tell me they’ve gotten holds unheld at chase in under 10 minutes. If the people working today see this I do apologize for losing my temper but I think you can understand why, also wasting over 40 minutes of my time to just be told sorry no. Chase is the only bank i have ever been with but once my deposit clears never banking with them again.

Got to the bank at 5:02pm. I know you close at 5pm. But there're still 3 ppl waiting in the line in the bank. All I asked for is to use ATM machine inside for 1 minutes because ATM outside has limit. Branch manager didn't help at all. Instead of helping he was arguing with me for 5 minutes ( if you let me use ATM, I would have done before that) If there's no one inside, I wouldn't ask to use ATM for 1 minuets. He keep saying no I can't help, sorry blah blah blah. I mean you hire a manager to make a decision and help ppl case by case right??? why do you even hire this guy? To argue with customer or to help??? He's like a robot. Bad customer service and not helping customer at all.

I had a good experience at this bank today with Aisha Hall. I made a large error when paying bills online and I paid the wrong payee a large amount. Since the transaction cleared they couldn't reverse it but she called their claims department to see if anything else could be done and while on hold helped me call the payee to see if she could help expedite a refund on their end. I was able to confirm the refund is pending. Aisha was very nice and helpful. I can only imagine the pressure of dealing with the public during a pandemic especially customers who don't want to wear a mask. Aisha and the teller I spoke with originally (whose name I didn't get) were both courteous and in these days that goes a long way.

I always have had great experiences coming into this Branch. Alex, the branch manager is such a genuinely nice person. He really cares about me and my pups and I can see that he really cares about all his customers. He always says hello and asks how I'm doing. He has never pushed any item on me that he didn't think I actually needed. The items he has recommended have all been on point. I just used Derek Lee to open an account and he was very polite and professional. He followed up with me and was timely in his appointments. I had an issue that he was able to clear up for me in no time.
