This branch has GREAT service! From security (Mariah) to Marilyn who helped me and my husband with our account, we have only positive comments. Marilyn is engaging and asked plenty of questions to get to know us. She said that Chase builds relationships with their clients. We were impressed and will definitely always use this branch for our banking needs.

This bank is legendary. It's so many polite employees of color in this bank that it truly makes the experience feel 10x more inviting. EVERY time I go into this bank, I'm greeted with warm welcomes, I'm complimented, and I have no problems! Even the customers are sweet. I love this bank so much.

This is a brand new renovated branch with ZERO Bankers. It looks great but in there is NO staff to actually help customers. I see 2 tellers with a line of more than 10 people. Sad. Shameful.
