What can I say, these banking people break my heart. Not only are they entering in wrong items to the CIP section (consumer profile) but failing to correct inaccurate records as is required under the FCRA and AB 1466 which is a restrictive covenant placed on a record to deprive all other rights. A false and fraudulent CIP affects every other right in America it's a very serious error in conflict with my affidavit of domicile and citizenship with the Bank. it should read CIP American national per 8 USC §1502 (customer Identification Program (CIP designation) OTHER-USA) See 31 CFR 1020.220 (a)(2)(i)(A)(4)(ii). Upon discovery of the error (they inaccurately placed the wrong word on my address) La Brea branch told me the only way to cure was to close my account to fix the error--which I was happy to do in 2022 and then I reopened it after allegedly fixing the error at the same time I closed my savings account (As it is against my religious beliefs). Later in 2024 I found they KEPT the illegal error on the CIP profile and unlawfully kept the savings account open. When I discovered the inaccuracy, I was told was cured, I went and spoke to Angela and Pamela both who informed me they would not change the error (refused to do so after seeing my name), which violates state law and federal law. And was disturbed They never closed my savings account even after telling me they did. I attempted writing to the man who opened the account and Pamela the branch manager, both who ignored me. Never responded at all. I began to consider if this is discrimination. After being ignored, I filed two complaints with the Executive Branch and TWICE they never read the complaint and never offered two ways to cure the record as they HAVE to do under the laws of CPRA 1798.105 and CPRA 1798.106---they must offer two ways to cure the ERROR on the account and CUSTOMER profile (this error destroys every single right in America, it's not a little error and was incorrectly typed in after telling me I had to close the account to fix the error). I told the manager in writing what crimes were involved in failing to cure the error only after they refused to cure it or correct it and seemed to not care about me and my children or the rights the error affects, and listed the crimes involved only after they told me they CANT change the false error in violation of federal law, California law and DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE RURALDEVELOPMENT RURAL HOUSING SERVICE v. KIRTZ. Being nice is not enough, if a Bank violates the prevailing laws on privacy it is very disheartening. As a victim of human trafficking which includes my children, I am distraught that they know the error affects me and my children/offspring's freedom and refuse to change it. A woman named KxxSHA, at the executive office claimed she was assigned on MAY 1 to my complaint after filings TWO complaints both of which were never read, which I never would have had to escalate had the bank itself obeyed prevailing law and cared about my right to correct false information. The crimes involved are 18 U.S.C. §1030. Fraud with computers. Information will be entered in a computer system. 42 U.S.C. §405(c)(2)(C)(i), 18 U.S.C. §1028(a)(7), 18 U.S.C. §1028A: Identity theft. I am being connected to franchises/contracts without my consent. Essentially, the duressor is forcing me to consent and kidnapping my identity to fraudulently move it to the District of Columbia under I.R.C. §7701(a)(9) and (a)(10), 7408(d), and 7701(a)(39). 18 U.S.C. §4: Accessory after the fact. They are misidentifying my status as someone I am not, and doing so with the intent to harm my rights. The bank is convenient and clean and everyone is nice, but that is not enough when they are violating the laws in place to protect us. The bankers placed illegal restrictive covenants on my consumer profile which is unlawful under AB 1466 and the demand to change the record which contains any restrictive covenants is enshrined in LA county law.
I am seriously disheartened at their failure to obey the rule of law, when it affec

Angela Bredy was so kind, so helpful, so patient with me ... I quite literally cried in her office from happiness and appreciation. Here's what happened: I was trying to solve a complex banking problem - it involved going back a few years into bank accounts that had been long closed. I had visited other branches, I was told my problem couldn't be solved. I had spent hours on the phone with multiple Chase departments and representatives, I was told my problem couldn't be solved. Then ... I went to visit Angela at this branch .... and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me solve this problem. This WAS in fact solvable, but no one else cared to try. She did. She definitely did NOT have to help me as much as she did ... the problem was NOT quick, it was NOT easy, we hit a lot of roadblocks ... but she took the time and the effort and the care to work on this until it was solved. I'm an Angela Bredy customer for life.

I stopped by this location in a huge dilemma! I couldn't find my card or id at the time and Karina was really helpful! I answered a few questions and she was able to get access to my account and help me. It was really a easy process.

I wanted to open an account and the only 1 woman in all this big bank said she gonna go to lunch (by the way on the door of the bank it's paper is saying they have brunch time form 9am to 5pm, nice) I spend MY LUNCH time to go to this bank and UNFORTUNATELY she gonna go 1 hour lunch right now. In empty bank. No clients except me.

I stopped at their old La Brea branch - and they would not cash checks over $2,500. So try to survive when the plumber need $3,000.. If you need serious banking -stay away from Chase. Chase Bank is being sued by many people; both employees and customers. I think they are worse than Wells Fargo - and nobody that I know would put a penny in Wells Fargo.

At 3:06 a bank teller said that he was waiting for an appointment. So either his appointment is late or he had 10 minutes til his next appointment. He wanted us to set an appointment up for the next day.Let’s just say I have no interest in coming back to this branch. 0/5 customer service. The decorum inside was outdated so unless you’re 60+ you probably want to find a different branch.

Made an appointment for 9 am on a saturday with maira. When we got there we were told shes not in for the day. 1st- why are appointments made with a person that wont be at work. 2nd I get it that sometimes people calls in but shouldnt there be a back up plan, another person to assist. But we were told there are 2 other bankers can can help us and they will be down in a minute. 30 minutes later, we were told by john if we can come back in 30 minutes. Not sure why he was asking us to leave because the bank was empty except for 1 person that's already being helped. This was horrible management. Waste of time. If I can get to my appointment on time then chase should be able to do the same. I mean how about a little professionalism. I ended up going to chase on pico blvd and the manager, ramiro not only introduced himself, he also apologized for labrea chase horrible customer service. We got lucky with our banker, who was informative, courteous, helpful and professional. Just read a few of the other reviews, how is this bank location still open? It's been getting bad reviews since 2016.
