This branch is hands down one of the best ones of Chase. I was experiencing with a very complicated issue, and Paul Michel (from private banking) was incredibly kind, patient and accommodating. He was so invested at understanding my issue and made few calls to make sure that I was properly informed about the situation and helped with a solution. I left feeling so relieved that I was taken care of! Thank you Paul! You are the best! Make me proud to be Chase customers!

Called this branch and they hang up on you if the line is busy - they don’t even give an option to wait on hold. The atms are also not open outside of business hours.

Would not recommend this bank to anyone was charged $1,000 double charged overdrafted left without money management said they couldn't do anything about it and hung up so rude Chase Bank is trash

The ATMs are only open during the day. What is the point of an ATM if I can't access it when the bank is closed? Install some outdoor ATMs like every other bank.

Chase is garbage. Every year I have to cash a check from my grandmother who’s too sweet to ask her not to send checks, and chase always manages to completely suck any positivity out of the gift. If someone offered me the same amount to not have to go to chase bank, I would consider the option. Oh forgot to mention charging me ten dollars to cash my hundred dollar check.

They have 100 people working here at any given time but only 2 tellers at anytime. Completely useless bank

This location is closer to my area and I decided to make an appt with Alberto to get a form signed by him. Alberto was very hostile at the very end of the appt not sure if he hates dealing with certain people but I certainly did not feel welcomed during my appt. Decided to go to the location in downtown and the customer service in the downtown location was amazing. Do not waste your time by going to this location where the employees are miserable.

There is no access to ATM after hours. No ATM outside. I turned around and saw a beautiful Wells Fargo ATM outside but non for Chase customers. I live in the area, will need to change banks

Was wanting to open an account with Chase and they tried so hard to get me to make an appointment for the next day. I see bankers just sitting around chatting, waiting for appointments that are sure to be no shows, yet they have no one to help me. Got threatened with a 3 hour wait so asked to speak with supervisor. Somehow someone became available. Very disappointing. See how bank tellers are now just machines and people asking for new accounts are be encouraged to make an appointment for another day. Gas and time is expensive, so chase as a business should be better accommodating. Very disappointed.
