Went to my branch in east los Angeles on Whittier bl. Got cash advance to put in my checking, they declined the card I used. Later checked on Balance of card later and sure enough the transaction was done and the card now shows money withdrawal but chase has no record, now doing an internal investigation, something very fishy going on here. They ask me to use my debit card and enter pass code and they have no record, yeah right BEWARE!

I made an appointment in Spanish to help me open a savings account and when I arrived at the branch they told me that no one spoke Spanish. I don't know if they discriminated against me.

Do not do business with any Chase bank. We looked into refinancing our home and the hoops they had us go through just to in the end say sorry you don't qualify and NOT be given a reason!!! What in the actual fuck? We got scammed out of $700 dollars they asked us for as a deposit to refinance, they give you a list of documents a statements, paystubs and taxes they want and they run your credit continuously through the process causing it to drop which is the only thing I could think of would have us denied, then they deny you because you don't meet the qualifications which literally they just said the bank made a decision to deny the application and that's it nothing you can do about it and they keep the deposit. Never mind the bad customer service and long lines but anyone who has their mortgage here is at risk of being over charged or fined or they will find something to hold against your mortgage! BE WARE!!!!!

This place has a really loud sound when using the atm or waiting in line for the atm. They should look into probably only heard when outdoors ! Not coming from the actual atm but just standing at the location made my ears hurt. Stay safe

Came with elderly parents to get support about IRA accounts. Customer service was horrible. Very dismissive of older folks. Rude, the ladies here need to be retrained on customer service. Do not recommend this branch. They are a disservice to the community. Please, Chase, do better with getting people who are willing to help all people regardless of their age and appearance. Went to a different branch next city over, completely different experience!!!!

I see why this place is rated 2.7 stars (4/2022). Looks like it’s not the place to go when in a hurry. Service was the normal LA bank level of Chase.

This place has some of the best customer service and the staff is so well trained that they can answer all of your financial questions without skipping a beat and I find that they have no problems with walk-ins when it’s not rush hour! They will even set up an appointment if they can’t get to you that day and following up the next day with a call makes them so good at what you’d expect from your neighborhood bank and they aim to please! Got a credit card in 20 minutes flat plus learned more than I’d expected to from an excellent agent named Stephanie R. She was polite professional and knowledgeable! What more can you ask for? She treated me so well and taught me so much that by the time I left I had a better idea of where I wanted to be financially and had a better understanding how to get there!

I always come to this Chase to do my business I have no problem with them,they are nice and friendly. One problem is the parking I park on the street.
