Truly the best banking service in my life. I met Ms. Collins K, i really felt the personal and professional approach, i felt very comfortable, helped, and appreciated as a customer. In addition, I met the branch manager, Mr. Nash J. He was very kind and gave me extra assistance. More than that, because this week is my birthday, they both enthusiastically gave me a gift. Had to get a letter notarized (apparently this is the only chase location in LA that offers this service). Made an appointment beforehand & had to wait about 5 minutes. Was offered a refreshment while I was waiting. Had a very experience getting my letter notarized. Whole interaction was professional but also friendly & casual. Had a great experience here.

I had a wonderful experience to open a new account here, from making an appointment to the end. Ms. Collins is very professional and welcoming. She walked through the process with me and was very patient to listen to my concerns and answered questions. All the other staffs were very friendly as well. :)

I would say this branch is one the most amazing bank branch that I've been to. First of all, I have to say thanks to Mr. Roberto Montano for his amazing customer service. He is one the most responsible and friendly bankers you would see. He follows up with his customers on weekly basis and goes above and beyond with the customer's needs. I also should thank Sally the beautiful lady who helped me friendly when my banker was with another customer and did not let me leave without solving my concern. I'd say all employees at this branch are so pro and friendly including the branch manager Jasmond Nash who welcomed me so friendly. Thanks, LA Live Chase for your excellent customer service. Again thanks Roberto for your amazing customer support and care.
