By far the worse chase ever. Been going for Months and not a single ATM works.

I love this bank. I can come to this branch and never wait in a long line. And Angela was extremely helpful with my transaction. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and when it comes to my money that's so important. And of course there is always ample parking. I will always tell people I know to try this bank.

This place is always very welcoming The tellers are so professional and they are on it. Very rarely is there a line. When the manager sees 3 people in line she will jump in action to help. Truly appreciate the quality of service at this branch.

This branch is hands down one of the best ones of Chase. My spouse and I had a few things to take care of, including getting a bunch of notary services. Alex (from private banking) was incredibly kind, patient and accommodating. As well as the rest of the staff. TY!! Makes us proud to be Chase customers.

We got a truly wonderful service there. Went in for a Notary appointment - the manager was able to fit us in although we weren't able to set up a meeting in advance. Staff in general Banker windows were also very accommodating. But the extra kudos goes to a guy named Alex from the Private Client Department (who also helped us authorize CA Notary & signatures on several documents). We didn't know much about the services provided in the branch, and also asked lots of general questions. Alex was patient, kind, kept social distancing protocols and was very pleasant to work with overall. Disclosure: I love the Chase Glendale branch, but may transfer my business from now to this neighborhood branch. Not sure why they have such low rating. They were great today. Def go there. Thanks again guys

Terrible service, would not accept my government issued Real ID as identification. I would recommend going down the street to the Vermont and Hollywood branch if you don't feel like being lied to.

This Chase Bank building was in use as a restaurant beginning in the 1920s. Film mogul Cecil B. DeMille, a part owner of the Wilshire Blvd Brown Derby restaurant, bought the building, a former chicken restaurant, and converted it into a Brown Derby in 1940. It combined a formal restaurant with a dramatic domed ceiling with a more casual drive-in cafe outside. The building currently houses a restaurant and Chase bank.

If you just need the ATM you're grand. If you need help with anything requiring a "banker" and I use that word very loosely..don't bother.A woman by the name of Anaheat, who is Armenian went to Glendale, because she told awhile back she lives in Glendale...Armenians in Glendale who knew?Well the jokes on us. She was professional, personable, and what you can say too often these days " a real class act".Now I hardly if ever go into the actual bank, don't really need to and hey I am big shot just so you know, I keep more than 15K in my checking and savings so I am PREFERRED CUSTOMER...are you all impressed....Well shouldn't be...I am not..LOL..I have to make this funny as well all need a laugh...but hey if this is how a PREFERRED CUSTOMER is treated what about those little people.Try and be brief, you sign in no problem, the "banker" comes to get me, doesn't say his name...theyre supposed to, and says not kidding as we enter his cubicle to please stay back 6tft...aSMDH...buddy there isn't a 6 feet in here..I start to explain what I need to do and he RUDELY interrupts and says "We don't do wire transfers here"...ummmmmm..perhaps if I could speak that's not what I need do...he got nasty and than went into a massive snowflake meltdown..I didn't yell or curse, I did say does anyone know to transfer funds...got up and mumbles something about a supervisor.. fine...so I sit and sit and sit...with my bank card an DL on the desk behind the plexiglass,,, now am uncomfortable he flew off in such and let's face we all sinister in masks.. I was keeping track of the time, now it's over 5 minutes, he walks by once says NOTHING,,,,now all kidding aside I am feeling very uncomfortable,,,well we are wearing masks in a bank.. had he BOTHERED to let me know what the F**K he was doing, but why communicate with your "Client" and I use "Client" REALLLY LOOOSSELY.,,LOLso I got my stuff and out I went, he sees me says NOTHING...with very angry eyes... so rattled I first thought find Anaheat in Glendale, problem wasn't sure where the branch was so just went to Eagle Rock, my hometown branch for many years, I know and they took care of me..Oh called the Chase 800 number, they notified the branch,,,,crickets. The guy is Asian American around 30 years of age...my advice regardless, only used the tellers once right as the SHTF, nice young Latino guy maybe 25....The nicest person there and her and I have a chatted a few times, is the young African American security guard, thin with long braids...and she doesn't even work for Chase..maybe she could be the banker and the Asian snowflake can trade job???No he couldn't do her job, well not how she does. You see I am in my 50s now and old....LOL..but I had a few service indusdtry jobs, and was even a security guard during college.. People who take pride in their job, are courteous, keep cool..those are essential workers.....not AZZHATS like well you all know whoooo.....CHEERS!

Very poor customer service from the manager. I was giving a hand to an old neighbor of mine who uses a cane and has some balance problems who wanted to transfer a larger amount of money from savings to checking The manager said I need to know what you want to do with your money specifically my neighbor said I want to pay bills Yes but what bills The manager said. which is none of her business she made my neighbor feel very bad and said you you have to come back next Monday. When I said I'm witnessing that she was ignoring my friends request. And was it legal that she could deny her access to her money. She said. Yes it is, and you need to go and sit by the door angrily because of covid Well I have been asked to give her a hand walking into the bank. Anyways my neighbor friend felt she treated us like we were living on the street or something the next day I ended up getting a haircut thinking that my slightly longer covid hair was making me look less clean cut. But later I thought well why should've of that mattered After we exited the bank and I'm obviously giving a hand to my neighbor with her balance we went to a larger chase on Vermont. And asked the same request. The procedure was handled in 5 minutes. The Vermont and sunset banker was very professional and gave us a receipt of the transaction The hillhurst manger was very rude and believe me not professional telling us to come back and make another trip in this covid time That is not something you want to do especially if you are older

I love this branch so much , all the girls are really sweet and helpful . It's in a beautiful area in Los Feliz . It's always empty , barely any lines, my favorite location to visit for sure . Their ceiling is very high and the architect did something beautiful to the ceiling here. when I'm here, I feel I'm also at an art exhibit , or a museum , it has that feel to it This location is always clean, quiet, and peaceful ! And everyone here is a professional and super nice ! They put out coffee and little candy suckers ... and right down the street there's lots of restaurant and a few grocery marts . I like coming here the most though . Thank you so much chase bank 4500 LF

During the virus, my usual Chase bank has very long lines, so I decided to try this branch. My usual Chase outlet has very friendly staff. This Los Feliz branch is always dark and empty. Now I know why. I tried to simply deposit a check from a client and the teller refused to accept it, saying the person had written in the amount wrong. She would not budge so I asked for the manager, who turned out to be an unfriendly middle aged blonde lady, who came out to immediately reject the check and said Chase won't accept it and the clients' B of A account wouldn't clear it either. I left and we got the client to re-write the check. I went back in and the check was rejected again. That was enough for me. I went to my regular bank, where the check was accepted with no questions at all. Will never return to this bank again, they are stoppers.

Helped me with a frustrating situation involving a bad wire transfer. Super attentive and helpful and worked hard until the issue was resolved. Thanks.

Horrible location, guy handling business accounts was rude and put 3 checks deposited on a 18 clearance. That doesn't even make sense in world of technology. Personal account same type of issues, checks deposited regularly from same account are still put on 9-11 day hold. Hate the corporation and this bank. Meanwhile they use holding onto your checks as a time to hit you With multiple overdraft fees. Such a corrupt country if you look at the keystone pipeline and other horrible projects they support.

Need more tellers, waiting more than 10 mins is unacceptable
