My sister in law went to this financial center to present the death certificate for a family member from the very beginning this was mishandled! There were two beneficiaries on the account and only one was present. The banker didn't make a copy of the death certificate! The banker called my sister in law three times. Because he didn't know what he was doing. His manager Tina Kasabyan told my sister in law that she was lucky she's a notary! How incredibly stupid and incompetent and insensitive!

The bank is good and reliable - but this review is directed to the most friendly security guard who works here. He goes out of his way to be a host and direct traffic. Props to you, Sir. I hope management reads this. They will know who I am talking about about. He is low key and professional but always makes me leave with a smile.

Los Feliz branch is the best Chase I've been to. Friendly and helpful staff, including Kendall the security guard. They're all great.

This bank is awful. Came in to do a simple wire transfer and before I could even finish my sentence I was told to go to another bank because they are short staffed. I don’t have a car. How is that customer service?

Waited almost forty minutes to talk with a representative about randomly getting locked out of my account. The teller (Sarcus) was a nice guy and checked in to let me know that it would be a while. All the floor representatives were in a meeting with a partner discussing "million dollar business" and that's clearly more important than my business affairs. Cool, but 4 reps working with 1 "partner" trying to pacify his needs is hilarious. The lobby filled up with people needing assistance and it became clear that our business just wasn't as important as his.....

Not sure what the security card reader in the front for if it doesn't work for 24 hour ATM access. They either need to get that fixed or remove that feature. Definitely one of the limiting Chase branches.

They DONT have a 24/7 ATM ACCESS. Do NOT waste your time coming here or having service with them.

Worst bank ever. Can't execute a simple wire fund. Worked with the assistant VP at bank personally. No competent support, untrained overseas help lines, and a refusal from the wire department to contact me directly after I was told there was a "repair" issue on the back-end. What does that even mean? Generally received the "it's not my job" and I can't help with that from everyone involved. Clearly Chase has gotten too big to care about customer service.

On Sept 23 I had a meeting with Christian A at 2:30 pm.Since the banks bathroom is not working, he suggested me to use a bathroom in the restaurant next door.When I left a restaurant's bathroom- after spending 1.5 h in the bank - the security person was very rude to me, chasing me and yelling that I was a liar. Very unpleasant experience.

Worst 24 hours I've ever experienced. Chase can't even execute a simple wire transfer. I even visited the local branch at 4500 Los Feliz Blvd, when online support could not troubleshoot. I worked with the assistant VP personally. Chase cancelled my transfer with no communication and left me bouncing around for HOURS with its many outsourced customer service departments after telling me there was a back-end "repair" problem--whatever that means. They also tell you you cannot speak directly to the wire department--they do not take calls. I have been a customer for years with multiple accounts. The "it's not my job" attitude and no accountability tells me it's time to find another bank. Chase has clearly gotten too big to care about its customers.

Worst bank ever. I tried to cash my check they refused but promised if I deposit it'd be available in 2 days. Everyday they extend the hold another day. Now they are hosting the check for over 10 days! Lol. Wells Fargo would cash the check on the spot and it was not a WF check either. Dear Chase, that's stealing. And Ps stop lying to customers. I could've just gone to currency exchange.... I'll be cancelling my account.

Drove here to use the atm at 6:30 in the morning but a room full of atms are locked away in the lobby like Fort Knox and I am not able to gain access even with my valid chase card. The outside key card lock is not working and also there is no drive through.
