I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chase Bank on Wilshire and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by their staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff at Chase Bank went above and beyond to ensure that all of my banking needs were met. They took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and provided me with clear and concise answers. It was evident that they were highly knowledgeable and well-trained in their roles. What really stood out to me was the level of genuine care and attention that they showed towards each customer. They took the time to get to know me and my banking needs on a personal level, and it made me feel like a valued member of their community.Overall, I highly recommend Chase Bank on Wilshire to anyone looking for exceptional banking services with a personal touch. Their friendly staff truly sets them apart from other banks, and I look forward to continuing my banking relationship with them in the future

This place doesn't have tellers. A useful piece of information that they conveniently left out. They let me sit there for 45 minutes. Not impressed

Stop by this branch yesterday for cash deposit. Came inside because outside ATM rejects old 100 dollar bills. While inside, nobody was here to help me. A lady was working with another customer (which I did not see) and was very abrupt with me when I asked her for help. I tried to use one of the new ATM machine inside to make a cash deposit but the ATM was not closing with the cash. I waited 2 minutes not knowing if I could insert my fingers inside the cash window (in case he suddenly closes a take my fingers with it). Finally I saw another lady walking by. I asked for her. She told me to put the cash in it but did not offer to help me further than that. After having spend probably 8 mins inside this location which felt like an eternity, I decided to leave with my cash and went to another Chase branch to do the deposit with a worker willing to help me. Chase should just get rid off this building and just place 2 ATM's machines outside so people know what to expect before stopping by this location.

I wish I would have read the reviews before waiting my time in this branch. They should have a sign or something stating that is a homeloans only no tellers! Instead I sat there for 15 minutes before someone could tell I cand withdraw or deposit if I don't have my debit card. What a waist of time. Not to mention that the other chase bank on Wilshire has no parking which is why I headed to this stupid lame location.

This is the best branch in Los Angeles County. It is tucked away in a neighborhood, with a really nice parking lot. It is always empty, and their office can handle big business.

Poorly-staffed, long waits, confusion as to where to even find a teller. HATE this bank.
