This branch is the only branch that doesn't let people use the ATM inside the doors after hours. I almost got mugged, waiting in line to cash my check. Going to switch to Wells Fargo or bank of America

Worst costumer service ever. I have been 7 years business costumer of chase bank. I need notary service and wire transfer from my bank but lady told me we are not printing out documents you need bring us I take Uber go to stables printed out my documents go to other chase bank two miles away and told my all story.

Every time I come there is a line at the ATM because only 1 ATM works and 4 are there. If it doesn't work they should give better service
