One of the outside ATMs is broken, the touch screen doesn't recognize where you touch. You go to press get cash and it selects deposit. You say you went to do something else and it says have a nice day. The module is probably broken on screen just needs to be replaced, in case anyone from the bank is actually reading this.

The worst super bad bank is a very bad bank so you can have your money there there are no words to express the bad experience I am having with this bank I have my only savings withheld and all because of a call I made to customer service and a girl racist who neither speaks well nor understood Spanish well, she did not understand me and because of her they froze all my savings and now I don't even have money for my income since they have frozen my money and my account does not allow me to make any movement to be able to withdraw even a dollar This is the worst bank where you can trust them with your money ???

I have not had the experiences of many. EVERY single time I go which includes today...little to no lines and if lines they move at a reasonable speed, friendly bankers and staff, active security guards and they're quick and understanding when working with you.And patient. I was so used to direct deposit they were patient with me and offered to cash my check for me since lol I did not know what the heck I was doing.Not perfect. But there is a reason as of this review I've from the age of 16 to 30 years old now been going to Chase. I already don't trust banks but they've been great. Even when you're late on something they'll work with you especially when they see you meant no harm.

Atm here gave me cash and then I went to gas 3 stations to buy gas but wouldnt accept it because they said it was fake

Shut this branch down immediately!! The incompetence of Hector and the staff knows no limits to its own stupidity. I've been cashing the same paycheck every two weeks for 2 years and all of a sudden they suspect fraud and damaged my pay checks so I couldn't use them. Now I have to go thru the owner to get my own pay for my work. The reviews make sense now.

One out of 4 atm machine works here and patrons illegally park at the corner by the atm machine. As far as i know, the atm machines never fully worked here and the branch manager simply is ignoring it. Do something about it.

They never answer the phone...it could be a Saturday or Wednesday in the middle of the day, that phone is not getting answered. I'm not sure why they have the line in use, might save some money disconnecting it since I'm sure the phone has dust on it from not getting picked up.

Alarmingly poor service. Appointments are difficult. Communication is poor (all they say is I understand, I understand and I understand). No one is solution oriented. They repeat the problem after you and offer no solutions.

I would give them zero if it's allow coz I am a physically handicapped and the guard didn't allow me to use handicapped window for my transaction, he asked me to stand in the line. That's so unprofessional.
