The security guard is very polite,helpful and friendly!, l was requesting statements, representatives was very helpful also manager assisted with my issue right way! Excellent customer service!

This is the worst location, although every Chase bank I've been to discriminate and hire the most unintelligent people. Everyone wants an image these days so they are more concerned with trying to look like they are important. Whenever I went in to check on my statement, they would walk away on go to break..They act scared of me. Then they get rude after I say I'm uncomfortable. I got into a full blown argument with the managers. They are at fault for my account going into negative after dealing with identity theft after my iPhone was stolen and I lost access to my email. I am done with this bank after this experience. I may even file a lawsuit. Because they confused my entire account. I don't know what I needed to file a claim for so I just walked away.

I usually come to this chase and never had any problems but today was a little different. While walking in I was greeted by a gentleman (never got his name) by the door. Standing next in line a woman behind the window named Dacia began to call over the gentleman. She began to down-talk him and sounding really condescending about the way he was greeting and how he should also ask if people need help and blah blah. Which is fine because there is nothing wrong with constructive criticism but cmon ma’am there is a time and place for everything, this went on for a good minute which made me and everyone else in line feel weird. The chase is super quiet as it is and she made the energy in the room really awkward. Whether she’s the manager or a coworker that conversation should have happened behind closed doors. I politely told her that next time she should have those types of convos behind closed doors and she wasn’t too happy about my constructive criticism lol overall I’m pretty sure Dacia was mad that there was a line forming but that’s not the greeters fault.Sad to see when employees don’t get along with each other.
