This brand is horrible!!!!! My husband has been a loyal customer with this branch for over 10years! Recently he noticed his account was hacked twice. The first transaction was given back but the second was not. The second was the larger transaction to pay for our rent. The bank told him there was proof that he was in a completely different state to make the transaction. My husband has never left California and we were both at work. Plenty of people saw him and have business video. My husband and I work extremely hard for our money. We have a child and bills. It pisses me off that this branch has decided to let a scammer get away with this and lost my husband and I as loyal customers. We will never work with chase again.

The WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE a rotation of being transferred from one rep who does not know what they are doing and a complete waste of time. I am already regretting signing up for their INK CREDIT CARD. If it is so difficult to get a simple signup correction with reps who barely speak english, and who will happily transfer you indefinitely.

Worst customer service in this location, the banker Baza seemed annoyed and irritated when I asked questions, unbothered and was on the computer most of the time. Second time I visited the bank the wait time was ridiculous. There is no communication on the wait time. The management here should be changed and get better management.

I am writing about Chase general. I put money twice same amount $600 in ATM machine . They were shown on my account. But then Chase reversed one of my payments ... the reason they provide is because it's was the same amount and the same day. I contacted bank and ask them to send a prove that it's not my money. They told they don't have prove , they just assumed that it was mistake of ATM. So , I lost my $600.

Worst bank in the world. Due to online fraud they locked my online access and told me to call a number that has over 30 minutes wait time.. possibly more. Here's a clue.. if YOU lock someone out of their bank account make the wait time NOT over half and hour or more. Hire some people. This bank sucks.

Always a wait. Always a person standing and doing nothing, but saying thank you for your patience. So poorly run, and nobody cares about the consistent long wait. Come in and wait.

Waited 35+ minutes to do a simple wire transfer. Only (1) person of of the (7) people working the teller desks can assist with wires. There was a line of 5+ people to see this one person, for various reasons. Totally unacceptable. I was in a time crunch between meetings and needed to get to the wire sent by EOD, so I couldn't run to another location. Really hope they can staff their team better to support client needs.

Failed to apply new account bonus, now they tell me I'm out of luck... they don't answer the phone or return emails. Avoid at all costs. Go to literally any other branch if you can.

Lazy people work here. Was trying to start a checking account in person and they kept telling me to check for the information online. Why would I do that if I'm in the bank? I just walked out and decided to start a checking account at B of A. They took my money and didn't give me grief.

Fantastic branch, fantastic staff, fantastic service (even during the pandemic, shocking I know). My husband and I had multiple things to take care of, but we were in and out in half an hour. At other branches, I usually have to wait half an hour before I can be helped. The staff here is so professional and very accommodating, whether you are a private client or not. So refreshing!

After almost 25 years with Chase here and in Illinois we're calling it quits. They nickel and dime every account with service fees. Complain and you will see a credit for that month -- pretending that they will quit charging for .......good service. Who will we go to? I dunno. Anybody but Chase.
