I asked the worker to print the confirmation of a document related to deposit. She told me that she could not print it and only mailing is possible. (I assume she didn't know how to do it). Honestly, how is mailing possible if printing doesn't work? I went to a different Chase Branch and they printed the document in a minute. Also, very rude in general.

I came to this branch to pick up a form because a check of mine was fraudulently cashed. I was told by phone by the fraud department that I could just pick it up. I waited to see the teller to get the form and she said she could not help me, and that I needed to make an appointment with a banker to get the form.

My husband went inside with our puppy urgently needing to deposit cash into my account while I’m in another state.He already had all of the information that he needed to tellers told him that they were able to do it, and then the supervisor and the teller that was originally helping him made him feel uncomfortable and he felt profiled.They are now not answering their phone my next mission is to find someone in their corporate office.TRASH STAFF

The experience with chase travel customer support has been a disaster.They were supposed to help with a trip cancellation due to a medical emergency of my wife.When we called in October, they explained that we should wait 21 days for the refund to be done. Then we called again in November and they had not asked for the cancellation. They told us to wait another 21 days and they would be informing us regarding the status of the claim. They did not. We called again today an nothing is solved. We cannot speak to the agent that was in charge of this. No one takes responsibility. The supervisor will not provide her last name nor the name of her supervisor. This is the worst customer experience we've ever had.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CHASE TRAVEL

The Associate Banker here named David Berrera provides the worst customer service, throwing out rude attitude and what I feel is discriminatory practices towards certain races or ethnic backgrounds.

Love this branch! It is not crowded like others so you really get the personalized service. Ana was patient and helpful to process my urgent wire. In my haste, I left my wallet on the counter. I didn't realize it until I was back to my office! Thank God for Sophia, David, Ana and Peter for picking up the phone, locating my wallet and safekeeping it for me till I made it back to the branch to redeem it! Honest and good people still exist in this world! Hallelujah!

went several times around, could not find parking entrance. One said to go to Grand AVE, but the entrance for parking there is invisible. No signs, no directions.... :(

Don't trust this bank! I went to a young male teller yesterday to withdraw money and he made a unauthorized withdraw slip without me knowing and took $140 from my account for himself. I called the bank to let them know and all they said was that they would call me later. They didn't even care or try to help me at all. You are supposed to trust the people working there to be honest. Can't trust no one at this bank anymore.

I opened up a business checking account yesterday here at this branch. Sunghui Yi who is in charge of business checking account was very kind.Chase bank is one of a few banks where business checking account holder pay no fee for receiving money through Zelle. Of course, there is $12~15 fee if your daily balance dropped under $1500 a month but it is cheaper than other banks.For example, U.S. Bank charges a 2.5% fee for a business checking holder when they receive money through Zelle.Not only that, many major banks still not providing Zelle for business account. So you are a business owner, I highly recommend Chase business checking.Also, this place is not that crowded, and has plenty of parking spaces so it is very convenient to use because of its accessibility.
