They provide little or no help. I need to do online transfers frequently. They had a feature that I could use to track the type of transfer that I had and then it was removed. What a piece of junk.

Convenient bank but minimal staffing and they don't provide a lot of the services at most banks. I came InToday they had one teller and one banker Diego Mende was in peasant but couldn't help me notarize a doc although he was helpful in getting me an alternative at another branch.

I dreaded going to this Chase branch when I used to live a few blocks down from here. It's a convenience only if you live nearby or luckily secured nearby parking off of a busy intersection. I would usually come here for the ATM, but on two separate occasions, the ATM didn't take my $100 bills. I panicked thinking it was counterfeit, but when I went to deposit them at another branch, the ATM accepted them. Guessing they were machine glitches, and it happens, but of course I dreaded the inconvenience of going to another ATM for some simple deposits.
