The only reason I opened an account with this bank was because they had a lot of ATM locations. But now they close all their ATMs at night, which is really the only time anyone ever needs an ATM. Trash bank. Go anywhere else but Chase.

Why do they have a schedule posted if staff do not follow it? The schedule clearly says they close at 5pm and it was 4:30 when I got there and it had already been closed. Also, atms do not always work.

Some of the staff here to not have good communication skills. Manager only spoke English and didn't seem to care about the language barrier and expected my dad to understand everything she was saying. Our time was entirely wasted and we literally got no where. If you have an appointment make sure you ask what documents to bring because they won't prepare you.

The back entrance also has a parking lot but must enter from side street Castalia Ave turn to enter the parking lot. Front entrance has street parking, much easier.

Ariel, the teller, was super sweet during my visit. She was more than. Willing to make s talk and answer any questions we had. Her voice was very soothing and lovely. While waiting in line we had a banker tell us both in Spanish and English, "We plan to be with you soon. Thanks for waiting." I appreciated the kind gestures, the air conditioner, complimentary had sanitizer and calm ambience. Outside in the front entrance it appears that Chase has an Amazon safe pick up spot.

I had the worst experience ever after coming to this location. 1st - I was denied access because I didn't have a mask after the CA state mandate went into effect on June 15th stating mask aren't required for fully vaccinated individuals. (I had my vaccine card present) 2nd - After going out of my way to purchase a mask next door just to get inside, the teller Adrian began to give me a hard time because they're Apple Pay machine didn't work. All I wanted to do was make a deposit. 3rd - He denied me service and access to my account after the technical issue was on their end. They refused accept my student ID or SSN as a form of ID when I originally used these to open my account. 4th - When I asked if he could bring his manager he brought the lead teller over and she was rude off the top, her name is Janet. Wasn't helpful at all and lied about having two wait an entire hour just to speak to the manager. 5th - I was ridiculed after I asked for a business card because I told them I wasn't satisfied with the service and wanted to report this. They laughed like if this was all some joke. They gave it to me after they knew I wasn't kidding. Don't come here!

With our current awareness of COVID, I was impressed with the branch's efforts to keep its employees and customers safe and served. The woman who was tasked to help me was an embarrassment to the branch. She insisted she needed to physically take my ID. I held the ID up to the safty glass for her to see it, but she insisted she needed it on her side of the glass. When I noticed she wore no gloves and mentioned it to her, she reached for a used pair next to her work space. She then placed my ID on her counter directly where her bare hands had just been. She didn't swipe my ID, she just looked at it for my DL#. Proving to me she had no reason to take my ID in the first place. I went to the bank to cancel a reoccurring payment. A payment that this branch has made mistakes with in the past. I go in person to ensure it's done right due to past experiences. The teller told me to use my phone. I told her I don't bank on my phone for security reasons. She then told me she would help me use my phone. I told her again I don't bank on my phone. She asked if I had my phone with me and that she would help me do it on my phone. This employee needs to be sweeping floors and not "helping " customers. Retrain this slack jawed mouth breather in both COVID safty AND her F' ing job!

Robert was extremely helpful. I walked in worried because I had lost my debit card and I walked out with a smile on my face. He made the whole thing so simple and so fast. Great customer service in this branch all the time.

I asked them for new ATM card but they say they don't have it here so went to Alhambra Chase and got one there. Basically...the lady that was helping was did not want to do it and told me to wait on the mail. Wasn't too nice either so I will never ever come to the chase. I will alao post her name here next time.

Very courteous staff. Came here for a cashier's check after auto repairs. Felt super safe and secure. Parking was easy. Not my usual bank but I'd definitely come back if it fits my route. Inside is very nice and clean.

Absolutely disgusting! I scheduled an appointment with Nora Rincon per Erick Paredes' (Branch Manager) instruction for a Notary. Not only was she not available at the time of my appointment, she also had no clue as to what the documents were or how to fill them out. They're simple sellers' affidavits for the sale of my home in Florida. My closing agent called a week ago to authorize the notary in this specific branch and they have no clue! Now, I have been waiting over an hour for her to get additional approval from the "chase legal" department. They refuse to be a witness to my signature and state that NO chase employee can be the additional witness either NOR am I able to ask anyone in the building (other customers) to witness my signature either! So, even though the "branch manager" reviewed the documents gave her the instructions to get this taken care of during my appointment some "compliance" department now is reviewing the documents again to make sure she can even notarize them. While waiting for someone to approve it I asked for a status update because it was taking forever to get the approval and the woman "filling in for the manager" decided she wanted to catch an attitude because I was frustrated about all of it. So, I clearly had to explain how verbal communication works and make her understand I didn't need anything else from her when she kept interrupting me to ask me over and over again if I wanted her district managers information. Completely unnecessary BS the entire time. In addition to all of this BS, I have had my bank card replaced 3 months in a row because their ATM's outside their building were compromised. So, I'm paying for an account with this BS Bank for constant drama and frustration (even though I'm a disabled veteran who's supposed to have a free account). If you can, avoid this Bank at all costs! I'm now spending $175 to hire a Notary service to come to me because I can't even be sure they're filling these out properly. Best money I've spent in years. Just a shame I'll never get the 2 wasted hours of frustrating time I had to spend with incompetent people who are supposed to be a part of a professional organization. Absolutely disgusting!

Darcy helped me out very well today with some issues I had with my account. I really didn't know what to do and was lost but he guided me through very well with detailed explanations. The day before, I visited the Highland Park location (the one on Figueroa Street) since it's way closer to my house. The bank teller there was very rude and was not willing to help at all. She gave me an attitude and also "the look" as well. Anyways, Darcy was very easy going and friendly. He was willing to help me out thoroughly. I would definitely go back to this branch if I have any other problems in the future!!

This is a busy location, but it's great for Spanish speakers, as almost everyone there can speak fluent Spanish. That being said, it is a busy location probably because of this (I'm sure they get customers from all nearby cities) and there is always a long wait for the bankers. The tellers also have their fair share of busy time, though line does move quickly. Service is always nice and employees are friendly and helpful. However, I'll probably still go to other Chases in the area to avoid all the wait time (there's like 4 other Chases nearby, why not?)

I've been coming here for years. All the employees are professional and nice as well. As usual, avoid the lines during the beginning and end of the month(s).
