Took two pair of sneakers for cleaning 2 months ago went to pick up and they where lost, when they found them sneakers sneakers where never cleaned, when I asked him why he said they where clean and they no longer clean the bottom or laces

I'm so thankful that my friend recommended Chambers to me to fix my worn out boot heel!! For $25 chambers revamped my favorite leather boots and I can't be happier!!!!!! Biggest plus was I dropped them off and got them back in my possession in 24 hours!!

I was totally disappointed ? with the STANDARD and STALWART of the Black community. A business so well known that you have to allow, at the very least, TWO WEEKS in order to make simple repairs to shoes. Chambers has high prices and oh dare not expect that the shoes ? come back with a shine. They get paid in advance , what do they do , send them out ?

i brought some designer boots to be repaired at the toe plus add a tap to it i came to get the boots 32 dollars i was charged the boots where on the ground discarded then i as for my boots there was glue on the side of the boots skuffed up on the side no tap i explain to him who ever he was the these are five hundred dollar boots i asked don't do me like this! no heart no apology stole my money the place is dirty people s shoes on the floor counter full of old paper the they completely don't care about their looks nor services rendered we just over look it because it in the hood can't blame the white man fir your sloppiness! don't go find some were find some where else to go! please repaired

Where do I start, first of all I NEVER leave bad reviews but the service here is beyond disappointing and I will NEVER waste my money here again. I dropped my shoes off here on 5/26 for a dye job and insole repair. I had to pay upfront and it was $65. They said 2 weeks for the service. After the given date, I went back on 5 separate occasions (the new dates they said the shoes would be ready) and my shoes hadn't even been started on. They gave many different reasons for why they weren't ready. Finally I had enough and wanted to get my money back and take my shoes elsewhere. That day they said no, we just got the dye in that we needed for your shoes and we will have your shoes ready tomorrow! Great right? Wrong. I went to pick my shoes up June 30th and they were no longer a lite brown but now mahogany! Dyed a completely different color! And as you can see in the pic, the bottom of the shoes were spotted in paint. Just an over all sloppy and rushed job. The shoes have just been sitting at my house (as a wait for my refund or a simple reply) and the paint they used is now FADING off. On top of all of this I paid for the insoles to be repaired and as you can see in the picture they were not. I related all this to Amir the day I picked the shoes up (an employee there) and he agreed that the work was sloppy but he could not do anything about a refund and that I would need to reach out to the owner Stephen. He gave me the number which is displayed on the receipt. I've called and texted that number since the day I've picked my shoes up and the only response I've gotten is the automated one saying how they will get back to me. Please check out the screenshots of the messages. I dropped shoes off 5/26 and it is now 8/19 and Stephen (owner and only one authorized to issue refunds according to Amir) has NOT reached out to me addressing the issues. Doesn't seem as if Stephen cares how his shop is damaging his customers' shoes. Save your money and go somewhere else guys.
