I been coming here for over 10 years as a patient for tests and treatment but I notice many of the staff behind the desks and even nurses are rude. I had a test yesterday and later asked a nurse how to get to the lobby and she had a bad attitude problem pointing where to go. Cancer patients should be treated with respect not rudeness. Also the hospital should not be charging patients for parking.

Exceptional Care Always! The Cedars Sinai Team is top of their game! Always attentive, caring and knowledgeable. If you come in with a bad attitude, that's what you'll get in return.

A really fine specialty hospital near tinseltown. Friendly staff and clean facility. Close to great restaurants.

This lab's technician is extraordinarily slow... waited 1 hour still behind the same amount of folks. It is a pity as this lab does high level work... i wish Cedar operations can remedy the extensive delays....

The "Advanced Health Sciences Pavilion" is a new state-of-the-art welcome addition to the world-renowned Cedars-Sinai Medical Center campus. Located on the corner of San Vicente Boulevard & Gracie Allen Drive bordering West Hollywood, this massive work of art is as environmentally friendly (LEED Gold Certified) as it is sleek & stunning. In the daytime, natural light beams through providing a warm welcoming feeling for patients & visitors alike. The "Advanced Health Sciences Pavilion" features a variety of services including surgery, an imaging center, conference & research facilities, lab, pharmacy, & the Pavilion Cafe. In addition, it houses nationally ranked specialties including the "Barbara Streissand Womens' Heart Center," & the newly relocated "Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Center." Although it's never fun to be a patient needing care, thus far, I have found that the facility is very clean, & the medical & support staff professionals have been friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, & thorough. They do their best to make both you & your companion as comfortable as possible (even in less than ideal circumstances). Convenient self-parking is available in the connecting garage (aka "Lot P4"). The first hour is complimentary, then $5/hour, with a maximum $15/day. Valet parking is also available at the same rate, & gratuities are not accepted. If you are a frequent guest, a parking package is definitely worth considering. ***COVID-19 Know-Before-You-Go*** * Face coverings/masks are provided & must be worn at all times. * Maximum one companion is allowed to accompany the patient...but only under certain circumstances (e.g., patients with new &/or complex diagnoses; patients undergoing certain procedures; & minors).

WHEN THE HOSPITAL ASKS IF YOU WANT TO USE YOUR PHARMACY OR THIS ONE...USE YOURS! Please trust me on this. The idea of convenience sounds great but they are true crooks and the experience will be horrible. Just trust me and go with your own. Everything about our stay at Cedars was wonderful until we decided to use their pharmacy over using an outside pharmacy. They were the most insensitive and sadly corrupt institution I've ever come across. You hear of places like this but never know they are actually real. After an emergency spine surgery, they would not release our medications even with doctors orders and they kept sending up and trying to bill for medications we didn't need. They clearly do this to people who are "out of it" on meds and don't realize what's happening. So my husband was sent home with zero pain medications after a spine surgery. And before you assume, no he was not taking his own at home. The doctors and nurses were gobsmacked and mortified. After having to send back 3 different medications they were sending us for no reason. We decided to just get out of there and contact his gcp for help. With this, we will probably never elect to have surgeries at cedars (it was disappointing they didn't try to help us more to resolve the situation).

I came to pick up prescription pills for my husband on 12/10/18 and Suzanna who has been nothing but extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable for days, has been helping me throughout this entire and sometimes complicated process of ordering specific drugs. She was helpful, friendly and was always there for me when I need her about anything. Suzanna is a gem at AHSP Pharmacy and I appreciated her very much.

I was working with Suzanna at AHSP Pharmacy days prior to picking up pills for my husband on December 10th. She was always helpful, polite, extremely professional and very good at what she does. She will assist you in any she can and will answer all the questions you'll ever need to know about your prescription drugs and more. I was very happy to have dealt with her and I happen to think that she is a big asset to this company. Staff like her is a rare breed. Thank you Suzanna!

I love Jay and Jonathan! They are so friendly and help me order my transplant Meds and organize my refills. Nancy seems like she could be nice, but when answering the phone always seems pissed off or rushed.

Patients beware! I gave birth here and had my 3 Rx filled at this pharmacy through the hospital upon my discharge. When you have spent days in the hospital, the last thing you are thinking about is if the pharmacy has filled all of your Rx. They delivered the pills to my room, and told me the doctor had ordered 15 Qty of one Rx, but they only had 1 on hand. That's fine, I said. No problem. When I got home, I noticed the Rx bottle still said Qty = 15. So they reported that I received 15! After 2 days at home, I noticed my other 2 Rx were oddly low considering I should have received 35 and 40 pills per the prescription. I always log the pills I take, and the time I take so I can keep track of the next dose. Upon counting how many I had taken and how many I had left over, only 21 and 32 pills were filled for each Rx!!! They did not inform me of this when they brought the medication to my room at the hospital. (The bottles say Qty = 35 and 40) I find it impossible that a hospital pharmacy was unable to fill the full Rx of pills that were prescribed to me. Someone at the pharmacy has stolen these pills knowing I wouldn't be checking the bottle upon my hospital discharge. I called the pharmacy to alert them of the either the errors in counting, or the theft and inventory issue of these drugs, and they brushed me off. If you use this pharmacy, count your pills before you leave. Someone is taking advantage of hospital patients.
