Amazing pharmacy. Extremely knowledgeable staff and pharmacist. My prescriptions are done quickly and accurately. CVS almost killed me with the wrong medications and on top of that they made me wait 3 days.

Called to track down my prescription. Girl answered very flustered and asked to call em back. Never did. Next day delivery guy randomly showed up. I wasn't here. When I called to set up another appointment the girl refused and said she already set up an appointment. I asked to speak to a manager. She refused. Completely unprofessional.

Unprofessional and rude called got hung up on called again spoke to staff member and hung up when I asked for her name.

3 times they have failed to make a delivery or even call. Twice on a Friday. This last time I called them 3 times and they called me back 2 weeks later AFTER I've had to go to the emergency room. Honestly think Medicare should do an audit bc I've been shorted on medications...

This pharmacy is outstanding! The staff always has my medications ready after I see my doctor and offers over the top service. The pharmacist is very knowledgable and answers all of my questions and concerns. The staff is multilingual and very friendly. They care about their patients and it shows! If there is ever an issue with my prescription the staff takes care of it promptly so I never have to wait. They also have delivered me my medication when I was not able to make it to the pharmacy ! Amazing service, I am glad to be their patient. The location has a medical office and a cafe/restaurant for coffee and great food options so it is never a dull moment. Definitely recommend visiting this pharmacy in the Westlake, Los Angeles area, You will not regret it! Thank You CCRX family!

I'm new to the up and coming area! This is an excellent location with a friendly staff! You can get your prescriptions instantly without being distracted by groceries and useless nick nacks! They remember your name and orders even if you haven't been there in weeks. Fast, quality, friendly, professional, courteous. Probably the best service I've experienced with a pharmacy.

This is a new pharmacy in the neighborhood. I was there the other day to pick up a medication for my mom. The staff are super nice and at the same time very professional. They were pretty fast in preparing the medication. Free delivery is offered which is another plus. Very happy with my experience :)
