I very rarely write reviews but I am compelled to write this one for a variety of reasons. Castle Auto Body is by far the best body shop I have ever dealt with. I have been an auto enthusiast for over 40 years and the quality and the workmanship coupled with the customer service is unsurpassed. There are so many sub par operations out there who try to hustle your car out the door as quickly as possible and figure the customer won't notice. Most wouldn't. I would and do and I can attest that they care of the smallest detail and you can be assured you are getting quality workmanship. Do yourself a favor and take your car to Castle Auto Body and get it done right the first time.

I recently purchased a ducktail to be installed on my 2005 Porsche 997. I called Hugo and we worked out a time for me to drop off the ducktail to have painted. After roughly a week, he called me to tell me that part had been painted and for me to come by so it could be installed. The paint work not only looked fantastic but they installed the new ducktail/deck lid and wiring harness in less than an hour. I also had a small spot of orange peel around the back bike/ski rack mount and Hugo removed this part and had it repainted again within a week. Can't say enough about the customer service that both he and Jess provided. If I ever need automotive cosmetic work done to my. car again, I will definitely be going back to Castle Auto Body.

Castle Auto Body is the best! I needed a 'my fault' repair on my beloved road trip car, a '21 Subaru Forester Sport. Hugo at Castle took me under his wing and walked me through everything, making the experience unexpectedly pleasant. Honesty and care at its best, watching Hugo & Jess is like attending a master class in customer service. My car was repaired in record time...well below the promised date and at the most competitive price. Hugo and his team even fixed some more unrelated minor damage so my car looks showroom new! I never thought I'd say that I love an auto body shop, but I love Castle Auto Body. The entire experience was above and beyond. Hugo & Jess make everyone feel like friends and family.

I had some relatively minor body damage to my Alfa Romeo. Castle Auto Body was recommended to me, so I brought my car there. For some reason, the insurance adjuster was a total dimwit, and caused immense problems over the settlement, but Castle took care of everything, and the repairs were flawless- it is impossible to see any damage. I would recommend Castle to anyone needing body work on their car.

The guys at Castle Body shop are so cordial and reliable. My car got hit on the highway and they walked me through the process with the insurance and suggested the best options. After that experience I visit them even for the smallest scratch and they are always so helpful and approachable.

I'm beyond impressed with my experience at Castle. As soon as I pulled in with a broken front bumper, Jess greeted me and asked one of his men to get straight to work on my car. Not exaggerating - my car was finished in less than 10 minutes. They re-secured my front bumper and even got rid of the scruff marks around my car. Jess then gave me advice on how to get chipped paint fixed in an economic way. I cannot stress how pleased I am with this service. This is the best auto-body shop all of East LA.Services: Painting

My mechanic recommended the team at Castle Body Shop after another car tapped my rear bumper out of place today. I came in 30 minutes before closing (on a hope and a prayer), the team took a look and saved the day, fixing my car up in record time. They couldn't have been more helpful, kind, and fast! Cannot say enough good things! My Honda was in an accident and stuck in a scammy tow lot for weeks while Progressive did nothing about it. Hugo came recommended by neighbors and helped us navigate the insurance mess and repairs with knowledge and friendless a-plenty. Such a classy team. Repairs came out great and faster than expected. Castle body shop just helped me after my catalytic converter was stolen from my Honda CRV. The thieves left the undercarriage of my car pretty badly damaged, but Castle body shop made sure everything was repaired and in order. Jess and Hugo always take great care of my car and keep me updated every step along the way. (Jess called around and made sure I got a catalytic converter ASAP even though were back-ordered at Honda). I also used Castle Auto Body back in 2018 when I got rear-ended and needed some body work done. Highly recommend this trustworthy shop for anyone in need.
