Every day I look at the unique gold bloodstone ring with my grandfathers crest on it and see the flawed repair done by Mrs. Caspi's repairman having brought additional gold so the back of ring could be fortified. Before that having brought several varieties of south sea pearls to be strung in bracelets with clasps provided for gifts which was satisfactory. The coups de grace occurred when selling a few pieces from an elderly friends estate. The chatty and homey little visits turned into a first class hustle. Not only did they not provide proper legal paperwork for resale jewelry, they were downright ugly. Old scam, line up the customer and go for the gold. Disreputable even if you see a sweet old lady behind the counter.

Jacques is so friendly and kind. They made us feel so comfortable during our wedding ring search. They'll set up private appointments so you don't feel rushed and can get all of your questions answered. I had gone to another store that wouldn't let me try on the ring or touch a stone. Love their collection and willingness to go the extra mile to get us our custom ring!

Set created my engagement ring and I love love love it! My fiance and I custom designed the ring together with Set's guidance and knowledge. The ring is even more stunning that I imagined and he was able to do something really unique. He was so easy to work with and made the process smooth!

If you are looking for custom jewelry work in Los Angeles, your search is over. I met with many jewelers in Los Angeles to get a custom wedding band made, and Set at Caspi's Jewelry was the only person we met with who was willing to do what we were asking for (without completely breaking the bank). He is a truly talented artist and jeweler and I absolutely love my ring!

I worked closely with Nana on her team (including Adronik) to create my fiance's engagement ring and couldn't be more happy with the outcome. The entire experience was lovely, in addition to a beautiful design, it was the quality of their work that really stood out. They worked patiently with me throughout the process to deliver exactly what I wanted. Couldn't recommend them enough.
