This mattress gave an intense back and neck problem and now am spending at least a thousand $ in physical therapy. The worst thing is the call center is extremely dismissive of your issues once it is past 100 days. Just get a real mattress

I purchased two mattresses and bed frames and had a wonderful experience with Avelino. Although there were numerous shipment delays, Avelino worked with their delivery vendor and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Not only was he incredibly professional, he showed so much compassion and patience. I highly recommend this specific Casper store and will return for more purchases.

From the start my 8k+ order had many hiccups like screws missing, one side of the king adjustable bed not working, and customer support not replying to my email. Maybe I was just having bad luck, honestly still not sure. But throughout the whole ordeal, Casper Melrose staff always picked up my calls and tried to help resolve the issues.One staff who really went above and beyond was Avelino. He followed up and kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. He listened without interrupting and stayed true to his words. He made sure all the items that had issues were replaced and installed as it should from the beginning.Thank you Avelino!

I had such a wonderful time trying out all the mattresses at the socially conscious beautiful Casper store! Plus I was given incredible attention by Milton! He was the best. He made sure I was comfortable while I meticulously tried out each mattress and answered all my questions very patiently! It was a great vibe in there! Can't wait to sleep on my new mattress!!!

Casper Melrose offers the most amazing buying experience. My guy and I tried all of the mattresses and bases with fresh pillow cases and bedcovers for each bed we napped on. Tiny rooms with curtains offer a more than realistic bedroom experience and we almost fell asleep before we made our decision and purchase. Our sales person, Milton, was amazing and so kind and helpful. He did say our delivery would take a bit of time seeing as I wanted the white glove delivery with assembly, but not even one week later my bed is already for my first night's sleep. The sale running currently is amazing and I was able to purchase all new bedding and pillows and more at about 50% off for Labor Day. Run, don't walk, and try out the beds at Casper. I cannot say how much I love the Rise Max adjustable base, and the zero gravity mode is heavenly. Thank you Casper, you do not disappoint!

Poor customer service. I walked in and waited to be helped. When it was my turn , the representative rushed in helping me. Then proceeded to help another person who came into the store after me. Another customer service representative appeared shortly after and took a phone call rather than helping me. I left the store because the service was poor. Additionally, the beds were filthy. The sheets and bed spreads need to be washed.

I drove across town from Silver Lake to try their original mattress and the original hybrid only to find out that they don't have the original there for you to try. Mind you Casper only sells 5 mattresses! They are clearly pushing there more costly mattresses. Avocado Mattress here I come!

This store manipulates you to buy a more expensive mattress. A friend recommended I buy their Original mattress. I went to the store. Mind you it was a drive across town to try the mattress. Only to find out they don't have the Original mattress at the store. Just the more expensive mattresses. The store manager discouraged me from buying the Original mattress saying it was the most returned mattress. I told her a close friend bought it and loves it. I left the store and went to a Sit-N-Sleep which carries Casper mattresses. They have the Original mattress. I went there and tried it and I kid you not it was more comfortable than their expensive mattresses. Casper manipulates the consumer. Driving them to buy the most expensive and less comfortable mattress. Shame on Casper!

Amazing staff that is very polite & knowledgeable. My new Casper mattress is amazing. I originally went in wanting the Original mattress because of the price & reviews but after spending time in the store with the staff I ended up choosing a more supportive mattress & I was able to take my bed home the same day

My experience was at this store was amazing. After a long day of moving apartments, I realized that I needed a new bed urgently. I called the Melrose store forty minutes before the store's closing and was greeted by the cheerful voice of Regina, the store's associate manager. She literally promised to hang tight while I made my way to the store. Not only did I have the opportunity to try every bed with no rush (taking us to a bit after closing hours!), Regina answered everyone of my questions thoughtfully, knowledgeably and with a great sense of humor. I walked away with my most comfortable bed ever (which she suggested and also personally walked to my car after her long day!). I am grateful for the great customer service experience and wonderful mattress & pillow as well!

I ended up buying a pillow and a mattress from this location. They have an interesting process for you to try mattresses. You get to try each type of bed in a small room with a curtain that closes and you can take a few minutes to lay on it and settle in with your pillow. I tried all of the mattresses they had and ended up going with the hybrid. It came in the mail and that was a whole process to unbox. All of their items are squished in packaging so will take a few days to really settle into their natural state. After sleeping on a foam pillow, you feel like regular pillows don't give you the same support. I think the mattress wasn't too much of an upgrade from my old mattress but the idea of a foam mattress feels more updated so if you need to replace an old mattress you've had for over a decade, this isn't a bad option. It's not a tempurpedic but it's a good compromise between spending that much more for a new mattress and saving the money and keeping your ancient outdated mattress. They have a parking lot behind the store.

Great mattress, great experience. Regina was extremely helpful and great to talk to, she was patient with us and with our very curious 3 year old. Very informative about the construction of the mattresses and knowledgeable about how each one suits different styles of sleep. The showroom also looks great. Thank you so much Regina!

The service was great. Bought a mattress and bed frame with other accessories. Regina Milton went above and beyond to help us. If you want great customer service, ask for Regina. She should be the employee of the year!
