I have been going to this place for many years on and off. I stopped going because I felt that the vet that I saw last time wanted to take advantage just to make more profit. She just wanted me to come back again to give my baby the medicine that she could have given to him in the first visit. She wanted to split the treatment into two visits.I didn't feel comfortable with her diagnosis and treatment, so I left the office without getting treatment, then I went to another vet who was honest and solved the problem in one visit. There's nothing bad to say about Dr. Casillas, he is a good vet. unfortunately, I wasn't able to see him during my last visit.

Horrible service, no receipt or documentation shown what was done for Blondie. Paid $300.00, for medication and most were expired dates and some without expiration date.

I came to this clinic in 2013 because of Dr Cassidy. She was a great doctor who was very personable and truly cared about your animal(s). Her knowledge and service was outstanding. She never cheated you into having unnecessary exams or services. Now that she's gone, the quality of service is gone! And it doesn't help that the clinic is left with only one doctor who is inexperienced! On a busy Saturday, with limited hours, you really need 2 doctors running the business. I talked to several people waiting for 3 hours just to get vaccines for their animal(s). They were even complaining of the long wait and the poor service since the clinic changed the way they operate since the pandemic. Dr Ortiz seems nice but she looks overwhelmed and seeing her handle my animal shows her lack of experience. I really don't have any confidence in her and I'm afraid she didn't treat my animal properly. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for care of their animal(s).

Worst clinic I've ever been to the lady that helps us out seems so bothered by everything why even bother showing up to work ? I came in because my cat was feeling sick, when it came down to speak to the vet she gave me a whole list and said if we don't get all these procedures done my cat would die, are you kidding me? We ended up going to another clinic where they actually cared about they're animals

A few days ago I got my cat neutered in this hospital. It is overall the best veterinarian/animal hospital I've taken my cat to. The staff are so nice and respectful, you can see they really care about your pets. They gave him his E-collar that we did have to pay for but what can you expect they gotta make money somehow and they also gave him medicine so he doesn't feel pain and for his parts to not get infected my cat really liked how the one for the infection tasted and it also smelled pretty good, along with that they also have us a syringe so we could give him the medicine since one of them was liquid. "Most of these reviews are bad and y'all are talking bad about this place and how "expensive" it is, Trust me. IT IS NOT EXPENSIVE AT ALL! Before I got my cat neutered and found this vet my mom and I had been calling around every. Single. vet. In the area of LA and the prices were literally so expensive from $250-$350 while here in total we payed $116 including the E-collar. Yesterday my cat started feeling itchy and trying to lick his parts after he had peed to try and clean himself and somehow he managed to lick his parts even though he had his E-collar on, So today we went back to the vet to see if they could give him a bigger E-collar and check if he had gotten his stitches off because he bled a bit and Dr.Cindy Ortiz checked him and assured us he was completely fine and his stitches were still there. He's so nice and treated my cat as if he was his cat and I'm genuinely so grateful to this hospital for taking such good care of my cat. I really recommend this place because it's really affordable and the staff are really nice and respectful. The only bad thing about here is that they do take some time to answer by phone but try and call them on different days and times but if you don't want to wait that long then I recommend going in person to schedule an appointment although they do accept walk-ins.

Small location however, extremely competent staff who treat their clients with compassion and empathy. This is a wonderful place to take your fur babies. And yes just like every other veterinary clinic this one is usually very busy.

kept us waiting for over 30 minutes when only one other person was ahead of us. Wouldn't give us any pricing on what we asked for just told us to wait til we get inside.
