All the clothes are amazing quality with good fit. Exactly what I look for. I saw a lot of comments that said the staff are rude, but I didn’t have that experience. People expect to be greeted with a huge smile every time you enter a store? They were all with going to check my sizes in the back about 7 times in 20 minutes.

We came in from Detroit excited to visit the store — looking for the exclusive Los Angeles branded merch — and had a wonderful experience! The staff was super friendly, attentive, and helpful, especially Jalen. The team pulled out every single size in the t-shirt and sweatshirt we were looking at so that we could compare sizes and find the perfect fit. The staff even helped weigh in on the fit and look of each piece. Jalen was so knowledgeable and kind. It was incredibly refreshing to encounter such genuine hospitality. Jalen and the staff’s commitment to excellence truly sets a high standard. Thank you for cultivating such a wonderful atmosphere at your store! We will definitely be back soon!!

I came by the store in the afternoon today(may19, 2024), and the customer service was terrible. The black employee with glasses (who didn’t seem to care about customers at all) was making fun of the asian lady who didnt know how to speak english. Most of the employees were chatting about personal stuff and just wandering around the store, not eager to help customers at all. My experience was terrible overall and I do not recommend shopping here.

Extremely poor customer service. The staff in the shop gave off the vibe that none of them wanted to be there, or were perhaps mentally unable to grasp what they are meant to do when working in a shop. It’s a real shame as Carhart wip stuff is great. Order online ? and avoid a bad experience

Gotta say the staff here are even worse on the phone than it sounds like they are in person. I ordered something on the website for delivery with the hopes of taking it on a trip soon but it has been dwindling in Secaucus for a week, so I thought I’d see if they had it in stock here. No dice and the guy treated me as if I were severely inconveniencing him by calling. Have also visited and bought from the London store and had a great experience. What a bummer we can’t seem to get it together here in LA.

Wandered into a great WIP store on a lazy Saturday afternoon. The layout and selections are ample. I liked the whole vibe of the staff too. Marcus took his time to explain the different cuts, fabrics and styles to me. He was thoughtful and earnest in his suggestions. It felt like a curated experience, which was great. Plus the music overhead was NYC deep house vibes. Go by and say hi to Marcus, Max and the rest of the fantastic WIP crew. Happy New Year folks!

Oh my God I just got back from London and the Carhart store in London was so friendly and nice and crowded and I just loved it. I didn’t have enough room in my carry-ons to take things back so I came to the La Brea store in Los Angeles and it was the exact opposite unfriendly like a click of the staff in the middle of the storm and they just like ignored me and I asked if they had an item and it was which is not from this stuff at the store is cool, but it’s not worth spending my money somewhere where so like unavailable and inattentive bad shopping experience

Drove all the way from Ventura County to check this place out.Didn’t even receive a proper “Hello” or “Welcome”. The workers look at you from head to toe, not the vibes. They only have XS or XL no sizes in between. The only customer service is easily enough to keep me from coming back. Carhartt HQ should feel ashamed and embarrassed having these young bucks swaying customers away.
