“We rented a car in the month of April and our experience was superlative. Primarily, our rental consisted on a Toyota SUV which, due to the lack of it, was upgraded to a BMW X1 without any additional cost. During the whole process we were assisted by Gerrell, who was not only extremely attentive but also very considerate upon all our requests, having to mention also he seemed a very kind person himself. The whole of the staff was really supportive and, although Gerrell conducted most of it, helped to solve our overall doubts and needs. All in all, I would rank this experience a 10, given that we also had no inoconvenients with the car during our 3 week roadtrip.”

“I rent cars on a regular basis and I do all over the country. That said I have become an Right Cars convert. Their customer service is second to none! They will bend over backwards to get you the car that is perfect for you. Recently I rented a car at LAX airport and it was very crowded, I was worried it would take a long time to get paired with a car but the employees kept the line moving and got me out in record time. Another item I like is that their inventory is always up to date with the newest vehicles in great shape. Their prices are competitive, but even if they cost a bit more you get what you pay for and it is worth it. Rent with confidence!”
“I usually rent a car at a famous American car rental shop next to the airport, but maybe because of the effects of the coronavirus outbreak, last time it took me almost 2 hours, so I rented a car here for the first time because I didn't want to waste time.
There was no waiting time and the service was very smooth with Japanese support.
It was a Japanese car, not an American one, so I was able to drive it comfortably.”

“You need to know that Simcha Kagan at Universal Car Leasing & Sales is a magician. He found the perfect car for me, gave terrific advice, and was a pleasure to work with. Because of him we were able to pay less than half of the percentage that our local dealer would have charged us for financing and even with that we ended up with a new car instead of a pre-owned car. “We rented a car from Marathon Car Rental this past week. The staff was very friendly and accommodating at the time of pick up, the things could not have gone smoother! We were even given a phone charging cord when I mentioned that the ones we had on hand were not USB.Accommodations were made for us to return the car outside of their hours of operation with no issues at all. They insisted we return it later as it would be more convenient for us.But what really made this experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is the way they handled my call for help after-hours.Half way to LAX we realized that my daughter has left her wallet in the car. I was panicked. The car was locked, we no longer had the keys. No ID, no flying….Uber driver turned around to go back to Marathon Car Rental as I dialed them, not expecting a response. To my surprise, they picked up the phone on Saturday night!!Dave was on his way to unlock the car and let us look for the wallet. We were back on the road to LAX with time to spare.So if you would like to rent a vehicle from a business that cares, Marathon Rental Car is for you!”

“Visiting from Dubai. This location was within walking distance from our hotel and Enterprise has been a favourite for more than 20 years. We rented for two days. We were helped at the counter by Andy and Micalah. Excellent service. There were some delays related to a "key" but eventually everything was sorted out.
On the return ran into an issue- there was a parade in that area of LA which stopped the access to the Enterprise location. Andy was a star- he went over and beyond to help out. Eventually I had to leave for the airport - and my wife returned the car- he was super helpful. Usually my wife doesn't care if I write reviews or not- this one she insisted that I write one specially calling out Andy.

“On June 11, 2024 I had reservations with Ace Rental. These are the worst company ever. After going back and forth with them. I went over to Enterprise Car Rental. Everyone there was very friendly and pleasure. I did not have a reservation. Jonathan told me don’t worry it. Anna (Sale Representative) she was such an angel. She told me just wait there was waiting for car to
be returned. I was able to get car a good deal.
