“Window got smashed in late at night, went first thing in the morning. Beat the shop down the street by 100 bucks. In and out within 2 hours. Friendly, efficient, fair. Just make sure they vacuum up all the glass, sometimes they miss spots.”

“I recently had repairs completed to my Porsche here and was satisfied across the board. There was a dent spanning multiple door/body panels that was fixed and the process was easy enough. They communicated throughout the repair and completed it within the timeline given, to a high standard. I would recommend them and use again if the need arose.”

“Adolfo is outstanding. Kept in contact throughout the process with a realistic timeframe and decent cost to replace my son's Volvo windshield. Rain delayed our being able to get started for a couple of days but once the clouds cleared up the work was done quickly and well. Strongly recommend this top-notch tiny repair shop and will definitely use them in the future should the need arise.”

“I got several bids from Yelp windshield repair companies and the estimate from Joe at Joe's Auto Glass was the best bid -- plus he would come out to my place (mobile service) at no extra charge. I needed a windshield chip repaired and he did that job great. Then he brought to my attention 2 of our cars that had "frosted" (aka dirty) headlamps -- and for a reasonable charge, and like magic, he cleaned them too (see pix). Joe was very professional, communicative, prompt, and did a great job repairing the windshield and doing the headlamp areas. Highly recommend!”
“Appt was very easy and came to me. Communication was great. Had 2 windows replaced after someone broke into my car. So far no issues. Job was done in about 1 hour. Would def recommend. Hopefully I won't need to use him again but if it happens again, I will def use Lara's again.”

“So to start of, do some research on your car, specifically the windshield, door glass, windshield now a days come equiped with a camera/sensor called LDWS which looks like a triangle on the windshield, i say do research because i went in expecting a $150 windshield, what i didnt know was that my windshield had said LDWS, the price obviously changed(specifically to $450) which was pretty steep.The gentleman there named Juan kindly explained to me the price change, i understood and still had it replaced, this was my mistake, I didn't do research on my vehicle. I didnt mind paying the price change, i did after all need a new windshield.Everything was done professionally, sure the wait time can be a bit annoying (1-2hrs) but what do you expect? The people working arent robots and you cant expect them to have you in and out in less than 45 mins(unless you have a basic windshield or any other glass related issues from my understanding)Great staff, cant complain.”
“When normally I leave a good review it’s based on basic customer service and hospitality , things that should be expected from a business. (but isn’t always practiced) This business is true definition of hospitality. I drove 14 miles,but it was worth it, it was a hot day but they had a little room with ac to wait while you get what you want. When I was quoted at another shop $280 for a window they did it for $120 , I’m thankful for their service and they were quick. And si hablan espanol. This is definitely one Small business that deserves all the support!!!!”

“Okay, I normally don't leave reviews for this kind of stuff but I am compelled to write one because of how AWESOME they were. I went to SIX different places around West LA looking for an estimate to get some paint peeling, rust, and bumper mess up repaired. I kid you not, they were 1. The lowest price compared to the other body shops that I went to. 2. VERY easy and quick. To my surprise-I dropped the car off Tuesday, they had it fixed by THURSDAY. Everywhere else quoted me "at least" a week. You have to pay cash, but that's fine! I will take that any day for the best price possible. I honestly was skeptical at first because (as someone else mentioned), there was no written estimate, just a handshake from Vago (the legend-he's very serious but knows what he's doing clearly.) and I was verbally told a price. They indeed kept that price, and literally I can not even see where the damage used to be in that spot. It looks BRAND NEW. Thank you thank you! Amazing small business. “my bozo buddy flung the door open next to a really high curb and caught the door in the ground then ripped it off to close it. The bottom plastic trimming on the door came off so i brought it to Paulee. They got a maintenance guy to come out with some tools and popped it back in without charging me a dime. Really nice of them, and a testament to their fantastic customer service. Jacob in the front office helped me out and was really accommodating.
