My wife and I met Colin & Todd three years ago, by chance through a mutual friend and it happened to coincided with us possibly looking for another place. Todd has been an excellent agent. He's responsive, knowledgeable about the LA area, and strategic in selecting and negotiating deals. He made sure that I'd be comfortable with my mortgage, and actively pressure-tested the property once we went into escrow with his team of experts. He's also helped source, estimate, and set up repairs/upgrades with local professionals. Todd went above and beyond to help me find the right home and settle in.

Todd Stein helped my family buy a condo. We were very picky with what we wanted and he found the perfect condo for us! It was our first time buying a condo but he made it so that it was a smooth process. If you are looking for someone who is very knowledgeable, observant, sincere and honest, I highly recommend Todd.
