CalOx DME has horrendous customer service. I'll update this review in a day or so when I finally receive my correct delivery (because I wouldn't put it pass this team to mess up my order again in retailation). Whatever you do, make sure you take notes for every call you make with them and who you speak with.

Bad Service the guy that came to pickup my husband things I accidentally gave him someone else's equipment and says he didn't . So now I have to be out money on something 1 of their employees stoled.

i buy liquid nitrogen here for educational use. prices are great, service is great. You want liquid nitrogen, and you have your own dewar? talk to scott in the office, make an appt, then give your dewar to Dwayne at the loading dock, and sign for the purchase in the office. Scott will bill you at the end of the month. Thank you!

Sent untrained person, GEORGE, to deliver a walker. George did not explain to my grandmother on how to use it and she fell and had a serious injury right after her surgery. Do not trust this company with your medical supply needs. They are sending untrained people that don't know how to set up the equipment and use it. We were told By the medical supply delivery person that George is in training. Ridiculous

Amazing service, outstanding communication, and a foundation of kindness is what you will find at CalOx. The CEO, Steve, and my respiratory therapist, Juan Carlos, we’re fantastic! CalOx and the team understood my needs and prescription for a working CPAP, and most of all a securely fit mask. CalOx saved the day and provided 5-star service after two failed attempts and frustrations with other companies. CalOx took on my sleep needs head on and wanted to provide some much needed rest for my body. All within a couple of days I was scheduled for a fitting and testing of the CPAP unit. Juan Carlos and Steve’s professionalism are unmatched, not only for the initial informative fitting, but outstanding follow-up. Even in the middle of COVID CalOx and the team were hands on and kept the process safe. Thanks a million CalOx! Cheers to continued success and here’s to even thousands more being helped by your caring staff.

Poor service. Everytime I need replacement parts for cpap machine. I call my hospital because I'm told they can't call hospital. I speak to hospital and tell me that's BS. ONLY until I clear with hospital I get a return call from Calox saying they will send out parts. But, don't. Ongoing problem.

I so agree with you Jenn and feel that Juan and Jose are are most empathetic and so helpful. I have no idea where those derogatory comments are from.

This company has a VA US Government contract to care for we Disabled Veterans, only problem is they do NOT care for the Veterans, case in point i need Oxygen while i sleep and they were contracted to service and provide Oxygen machine. The only come once or twice a year as they put it "YOUR TOO FAR" away to take care of you. ? When they were last here was over 6+ months ago my filter was all full of Black Mold, yet they still failed to show up for an appointment i would run from them and go else where. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE US VETERANS THEY JUST WANT THE GOVERNMENT $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

After a recent stay in the hospital, my dad needed to stay with us for a few weeks until he got back on his feet. I asked our local pharmacist, and she said that it is not their policy to offer recommendations. But, she said that she heard good things about CalOx.Well, it was a good choice. We called Calox, and they set us up with exactly what we needed--bed, bed rails, and oxygen. Grateful that Dad has recovered, and we could return everything

Thank you, CalOx Inc., for recommending that our dental office get trained on providing nitrous oxide. It has made a world of difference for our patients that suffer from dental anxiety as well as those that don't. If you have not used nitrous oxide for dentistry, you are missing out. When administered correctly, patient recovery is a snap and patients are much more satisfied with every service.

I am writing a review for a family member who needed an oxygen concentrator and supplies for sleep apnea. Calox helped our family, and their delivery guy was super friendly and helpful.
