Got scammened while someone stranger accomplished a wire transfer and the bank released 10K from my account without my permission without refunding it. Since i was advised on my phone from US Bank immediately, i called in to the bank and visited my Service center to insure the money will not go trough. First: I don't do online banking, wire transfer, nether i wrote ever a check from this particular account. However US Bank allowed the scammer while i was on the phone with them to take my money. The scam came from Houston Texas and i am in California. As US Bank PROMISED my money is safe in their possession i must say it is not. This was not the first time it happened, i lost other amounts with them, but smaller. Really bad is that there is no negotiation available with the true person in the claim department. They denied the money and claimed i acknowledged the transaction. No names are available or where the money went to.

Courtney and Ivan at this location illegally withheld my official state identification from me. While Ivan kept my ID and refused to give it back to me when I asked (highly illegal), Courtney threatened me with implied violence . Her direct quote is that "corporate security would take care of me". I immediately called the police, and LAPD informed them that they were breaking the law, and made them give me back my ID , of course. I see why this location is sitting at 2 stars on here. Highly Recommend another bank

Had safety deposit box in this location I went to close it on the day before the due date. They forgot to send me a bill and never been sent out when I went to close it . They told me I owe 76 dollar form last year I have paid for the two invoices I receive from them and I told the person in the bank. And he said I can close it till u pay and I brought all my mail from them for the years to show that I never received that bill even I have got the ones before. He got nasty and basically took my money even it was their fault for not sending or mailing the bill to me. I won't recommend this bank at all to anyone. It seems like the hustle you for you money. Absolutely disappointing . I have to pay for their staff mistake

Went to 3 US Bank ATM locations today and NONE of them were working. It's time to change banks this is not OK with me.

Horrible service. ATM BROKEN. Had to wait over 20 minutes for $100. I could have driven home, search my couch for change and found the money quicker. Wasted my lunch just trying to get a few bucks.

Commercial Bank of California invested into Clearinghouse CDFI but fails to keep them accountable to their stated mission of supporting community projects! In Las Vegas, Clearinghouse pushed 2 of their borrowers into bankruptcy and completely refused to sit down to negotiate a resolution or settlement. Way to go Commercial Bank of California!

Highly highly recommend this bank! I just stated banking with them, but it's been the easiest banking process so far! Very good customer service, easy online banking, and fast in and out when you visit the branch! Thank you guys!!Cheers

My new employer paid me with a check from this bank and I went in to cash it. Normally a bank requires 1 or 2 forms of ID and will charge $7 service fee to cash a check. This annoys me but I'm used to it. This bank required me to open up a profile with them, give my name address and social security number in order to cash a check! Then they charged me $7. They would not let me cash the check without my private information.This is ridiculous. This is intrusive. Everyone knows about identity theft and how people need to protect their personal information. Why do you need my SS# on file for me to accept payment from one of your customers? Outrageous!!

A great bank with some of the friendliest bankers. I opened new business accounts this year and had dozens of questions and they patiently worked with me until it all made sense. They know most of their customers by name. This place feels like home and I am grateful for their positive attitudes and dedication.

The address on here is completely wrong. The bank isn't even located where it says us bank. If you have time to spare go ahead. But this is an inconvenient location. Same yourself a trip and go somewhere, anywhere else!

I don't like this bank and this location they're so rude. The employees are as slow as sloths and when it's finally your turn they are condescending and rude. The service is garbage and it's so difficult to put money in and take it out there are always holds and restrictions.... Last time I went to make a deposit my other location was literally being robbed so had to go elsewhere. I made a mistake with choosing this bank and I'm thinking I will have to switch.
