ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. SAVE YOURSELF AND DONOT COME HERE. My taxes were done incorrectlyand after it was brought to their attention all thatwas given was attitude. Unacceptable and poorservice. Now I'm out over $1k. I've spoken with theirs on several occasions now and they keep advising to speak with my tax preparer, when I spoke withSilvia she just kept telling me that I didn't understand her and I was relaying the information to the irs wrong. When I asked if she could assist if I'm not understanding she said no that it wasn't her job to to that. And keep in mind my husband and I both did our taxes there Silvia got her payment of $400, please do yourself a huge favor and keep searching for a tax person.

Avoid this location at all cost. Do not waste your time. I had a terrible experience.In March 2020 my parents came to get marriage services and got there marriage certificate in the mail. Reading over the marriage certificate Silvia misspelled my mothers name, so my mom went to get Silvia to fix her mistake. She told my mom she was going to send in the paperwork. My mom would call her to get an update and she would tell my mom “the department is taking longer during COVID” so my mom waited and keep calling to ask, its been 11 months after we took her the original marriage certificate. I called her to ask her what was going on and she told me the same thing. I went in to get the original certificate and when i got there one of her associates asked me “what do you need?”Instead of approaching me “hello how may i help you today?”. I then asked to speak to Silvia and she responded “what you need”. I told her i needed my moms marriage certificate she told me to come an hour later. Since she was with a customer which is understandable. I came in 1 hour later like she told me. She still made me wait 50 min after. She then came outside with my moms certificate and i asked her if she ever send in the correction form. She told me yes its just taking longer than usual due to covid. I then told her ok, can i see the receipts that shows you sent it in? She then told me she didn’t send it in. I asked her then when are you going to send it? She said ill make it a priority this week. Here we are 3 weeks later, and has not done anything, i call her every week and she says its been busy. It was not out mistake. It was her mistake for not rereading the paper submitted. If i was paying customer going in for her services she would gladly take me in and do the paperwork. I under stand its tax season and she has a lot of customers, but you do not ignore a customer who had already paid for your services.Rethink doing business here! Unprofessional Terrible!

Silvia does my taxes for my plumbing Business Super Rooter in Covina which is a part time job as well as my regular full time job taxes.She does a very good job and gos to Irs meetings every year for current tax updates for her business and clients. Thanks Silvia for a job well done.
