They did a great job, I called them.on Sunday and they picked up the phone rightaway and even though my towing wasn't urgent they were there within an hour with a flat bed, helped to navigate a parking lot with alot of parked cars and recover my car that was damaged. Overall can highly recommend.

Better than AAA. I'm a triple A member. I needed a tow and kept getting the runaround. Called C & R Towing. Arrived to my location within a half hour of my call. Awesome service.

Got a flat tire outside my flat and did a quick search of local towing services in my area. Lucikly C&R towing were able to come n replace my tire. I had to wait an hour and service was quick and friendly!

i was parked at a train station this morning and c&r towing came to the rescue. Very professional and they came within the hr, called me and updated me on their location 5 mins prior arrival, i hope my car wont give me any trouble from now but if it does, i would def give them a call

Jose is amazing! Our Tesla had completely died without any apparent warning and so we called for either a jumpstart or towing (turns out, vehicle does need a 12 volt battery change). Low and behold, we got the owner himself, who since he's been working with Teslas from 2008 knows all about them! Came out in great time despite all of the construction clogging up our street. Tesla jumpstarted and made sure everything was up and running and finally the Tesla service warning came up about needing a battery change. We hope Tesla keeps sending Jose out 'cuz he's awesome! :) :)Service: Car lockouts

This company was sent by Tesla to tow my Model 3 and did a great job. Jose is experienced in working with Teslas and takes pride in his work. My car was located in a parking garage and two other tow companies sent by Geico came before and had no clue what to do. Jose came and was able to get the car out of the garage and onto the truck in record time. Thank you C&R!

The ETA on my Tesla loaner-wheel replacement was stated as 90 minutes, but the serviceman didn't reach for 5 hours since he didn't know the locality well enough to access my exact location. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction with the wait time, the towing company personnel began to rudely yell and scream at me over the phone demanding payment, and ultimately cut the call in the midst of conversation. He instructed the serviceman to leave the site immediately and simply allow Tesla to charge me full price for the wheel. I am extremely unhappy with the quality of C&R's customer service.

Very Fast!!!!Best prices!!!!!!customer service was amazing and honest!!!!They brought my car from east la to Glendale. And the process from the call was less than 1 hour!!!!
