I have never wanted to give a business 0 stars, until now. I called on Saturday and let them know my Google Pixel 6 Pro screen needed to be replaced and asked if that was something they could do. I got my quote and was told my new screen would arrive Tuesday and they would be able to replace it. I went in to give them the deposit, only for them to call me later that day and say the quote they gave me was wrong. The new quote was 20% more and they would need an additional deposit. I decided to let this go since there were so many great reviews and mistakes happen.Tuesday comes and they let me know the new screen hadn't arrived and that it should be in Thursday. Fine, I already paid the deposit and it was only two days more.The screen arrives and I drop my phone off for the replacement. I was told I could come back in 2 hrs, which I did, but they needed an additional 30 mins. I waited in my car for 30 mins before the guy came out and said the new screen had a defect and he needed more time to work on it. He let me know that the defect may not be something he could fix, but by then, he had already opened my phone and messed it up. My only options were to let him keep working on it or leave with a phone worse off than what I left them with.So I hoped he could fix it, but he was unable to. They offered to reorder the part and to come back Tuesday, but I declined. I was willing to pay the more expensive quote because I appreciate great service, which all these reviews indidcated they had. But that didn't seem to be the case after all the hassle. My phone left Byte Me Wireless worse off than it arrived. I understand the defective screen and the late shipping was out of their control, but those issues combined with the wrong quote and the additional wait time made this a horrible experience.

Stopped by Byte Me Wireless today to fix the camera glass on my iPhone. Jose was AMAZING and repaired my device very quickly. I recommend this shop. You won’t be disappointed.

I do not know in regards iPhones but this place is really pricy for Android devices....it is cool if you want to fix it yourself but other than that I do not really recommend it

Fast, friendly service. The man who works there was straightforward with pricing and friendly. The rates were reasonable. Battery replacement completed in about a hour for an iPhone 6. I would definitely use their services again. Also, there is plenty of parking in the lot.

The absolute best! I was greeted straight away by the owner, she is so sweet, wholesome, and helpful. I used to go to the swap meet but it got too sketchy, so I checked the reviews online and wanted to try this place out. I brought my partner's phone for water damage, the screen was completely black, and they were able to fix it, I think they changed out the screen and it was only $100 for the iPhone X. The owner gave me a business card with a 10% discount coupon on it. We waited less than 30 minutes and she gave us nice cold water bottles. I have never had hospitality like that, also it comes with a 1 month guarantee for any service. I am recommended everyone now. Also, she sells Avon on one section of the store and gave us little testers. Also, you can tell the tech guy is super detailed, the screen protector I added had zero dust or bubbles and he even cleaned out the charging port. The last time I had a screen change at the swap meet they charged me $140 and I had to leave the phone for 3 hours! Try this place, it's going to be your new go-to phone spot 100%. I'm still in awe, I never thought I would get that type of hospitality at a phone store.
