So disappointed in my latest experience. I've come here in the past to support the small business, including buying rackets in spite of their prices being a touch more than their relatively local competitors and online options. But I have to share my most recent experience was not the best. They were friendly about everything, so I'll share what happened and you can decide. I bought a grommet head for the racket that I bought there. Took it to my local pro/teacher to put it on the racket and he couldn't. I took it back and they stated that there would be a $15 charge to put it on (which isn't unreasonable), so I took it to another buddy who is a pro and he couldn't get it on even with the suggestion that the shop gave. I decided to cave and took it back for the $15 charge. After working on it for close to an hour, their pro couldn't get it on either, he thought, maybe correctly, that the last grommet was bent from use. Having taken a cursory attempt myself the second time, I did note that that grommet was a little thicker than the others. Anyhoo, they charged me the additional $15 knowing I'd have to buy and install the full set again. They did nothing "wrong" but nor did they do anything close to provide any sort of reasonable service that would inspire me to go back.

Needed shoes, balls and a grip. BusterPro had everything I needed and more. Will surely come back! Tiffany was so nice and helpful, and Toby (the dog) was a gentleman.

Long overdue review. They've serviced my racquet needs since they've pretty much opened and haven't gone anywhere else since. Genuine people with the best prices in town is all you need! Tiffany is AMAZING! She always has a great attitude and always makes me feel welcomed. Will definitely be coming here for many years like I have been because of customer service like hers!

Really great little shop. The person who helped me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and I also appreciated the quick turnaround time for racquet stringing.
