I had to get my rear taillight replaced and I’ve already had the part. They’ve replaced my back taillight and was able to get my car within 2 hours. It was quick and straight to the point!

very nice and proficient and honest shop 2nd Generation Germans, specializing in German & Japanese cars and Americans also; reasonable prices near downtown LA; just off of 3rd st and Glendale blvd, between 110 freeway, and 101 freeway at Glendale Ave exit south of the 101, you can drop off the car, and he will drop you off at work, and when done he'll call you and can pick you up at your work and go to the shop; you pay and you drive your car away; very convenient for me as I worked for a bank in the down financial district off of grand and Flower near city hall and downtown LA on the north side

I came here because I live close. I needed to check out a noise on my Honda Accord, he charge me $300 to replace a part. I picked up my car and it was making the exact same noise! I brought it back and he charged me another $300 because he had misdiagnosed. It was his fault, but charged me anyway. So I pick up my car and guess what?? Same exact noise. Doesn't know what he is doing. Don't come here.

This place was very dishonest I needed to purchase a part for my vehicle and I asked if they could order it for me they said yes and quoted me the price. About 30 minutes later I received the item inside of packaging that like it had been opened, the packaging was a name brand. On closer inspection I realized that they had put a cheaper part in the more expensive Parts box and gave it to me. They up charged me $50 for a part I could have got myself at AutoZone. In fact that is exactly where they got the part , AutoZone. The part cost $83 he made me pay $130. I went back to confront him and he said that was just business and I guess that's how he does business so if you don't want to pay more for your service or your parts. Don't go to his shop he's very dishonest and he's just stealing money from customers that needed help.

I took my 2008 Kia Rio to Budget Auto Repair this morning.Do not be dissuaded by the outside of the shop. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had in LA dealing with auto repair shops.They are trustworthy (which means a lot in this town), professional, polite, reasonable prices and speedy!I definitely will be going back there for any auto repair needs.
