They had completed my kitchen counter previously and did a decent job for a very competitive rate. However, recently obtained a quote for a bathtub deglaze and they are well above market rate and not worth it for the quality of the work. Would not recommend given current quotes -- justification was "quality and inflation." Customer beware.

If zero or negative stars were an option! This review is not only about the poor work done, but also, and more importantly, about the indignant arrogant owner. My husband and I used this company several times for our rental units over the years because the price was right. I always noticed that when a tenant vacated, we always had to reglaze the tub, even only after a year. But, I didn't think anything of it until recently (this month) when another unit became vacant and the tub looked like the glazing/white of the tub was missing. Previously, I thought maybe the tenants weren't taking care of the tubs, but I found out that it's due to shabby work!Well, in July of 2020, I recommended A-1 to one of my property mgmt clients and there was an issue with scheduling and costs. I contacted the office and spoke with the owner, and he was the one of the most rude, arrogant, and unprofessional people, let alone owners, I've ever encountered. He could care less about customer service. The owner refused acknowledge they made a mistake and also charged my client inappropriately. I could spend an hour writing about this, but I see other customers have already expressed the reality of dealing with this company. Steer clear of them at all costs!

They did a great job replacing my 1940s tub! They would later come back a few weeks later to redo the tile wall surrounding. I am leaving this review quite some time after the service, I am more than happy with the longevity! The brand new white tile and bathtub inspired me to completely redo my whole bathroom. Thank you, and yes I recommend.

Professional, fast, and affordable. We had our old tub reglazed. Had to wait a few days before using it again, but it looks as good as new.

They not only offered me the best price around, they were fast & professional. I like how they did my guest bathroom so much, I brought them back to reglaze the shower in my master! Great job!

I had my bathtub reglazed they did a very good job at a good price. They were (Pedro) on time and was very professional at his job. I would recommend them to anyone else that needs there service.

One of THE worst experiences ever! I used them a few years ago and I still get emails from them about using them which is what prompted this review. Originally I was not going to write a review and let bygones be bygones however it keeps rehashing the wound when I get emails (which I've also unsubscribed). The first time the came out, it was the owner. He missed some spots and it looked uneven and some of it had the old chipped marks that he'd missed. I called an informed them, too pictures and spoke with Mark who said he'd speak with the owner. Took him weeks to respond even though they "guarantee" their work. The owner finally came back and redid it but as you can see from the conversation of the texts, there was one spot he failed to do. When I reached out over the next several months for them to come back and to do the job right, they started ignoring my text messages and phone calls. But you can very well see form the pics and the text... These were from 2014. Hope this helps anyone considering using this company.I kept this as a record from my previous dealings with them in case I wanted to pursue it further at the time, but decided it wasn't worth my time or effort.

We had our kitchen sink re-glazed on February 29, 2020. It looked fantastic, but the glaze started dripping shortly after they finished. I called and they were very nice and came back and fixed the drips. Unfortunately, within a couple of months, the glaze started cracking around the drain. I didn't want to call during Covid and now there are numerous chips, in addition to the cracking, and it looks terrible. I called today to ask how long the glazing should last and a man, who was very nice, but could not speak English well, told me that it varies depending on the amount of wear the sinks gets. He also told me that you should use a mat in the bottom of the sink. To be fair, they may have told me that when they re-glazed the sink, but I don't remember. I am a busy cook and my sink gets a lot of wear, but I thought the glaze would last more than a couple of months.

Very disappointed in the most recent job they did for us. We are rental property owners and have had a good experience in the past, used them several times with a good outcome. We have a vacant house readying for a new tenant with new toilets, recently hydrojetted the lines so needed the older tub reglazed. The technician was late but our handyman nephew was still there changing out light switches/plates and let him in. About an hour into the job the tub tech called out that the toilet and tub was backing up. We called the plumber back out and the camera shows a bristle pad similar to what the reglazer was using to remove the old glaze stuck in the pipes. We will need to cut the pipes to get to it. The company did not take responsibility for this carelessness. A simple tub reglaze will now cost us an extra $1000.

Miguel from Bryan's Reglazing was super friendly and professional the entire time I was with him in the apartment. And this was after he waited an hour in the cold due to a miscommunication between me and my landlord. He did a fanatastic job on reglazing the bathtub.

They did a great job reglazing one shower and one tub for us. They are hard to contact and are bad at responding to texts/calls, but they do good work and for a good price.
